Where Are the Apologies?

They now admit the China virus started in the the labs. They now admit that masks provide little to no protection. It’s been established that schools that stayed open were better than schools that were closed. I am sure that they will eventually have to admit that hydroxychloroquine actually works as a preventive to the China virus. While I sit here coughing, I wish I could have acquired a few thousand tabs of it before it struck here in Mississippi. Maybe there are a few who lost loved ones who wish they could have gotten there share too.

Yet, where are the apologies. Where are the apologies to these who were shamed, even though everyone knows they were right. Where are the apologies to those who suffered. Where are the apologies to those who lost friends and relatives.

The dems will not apologize. They dare not admit to their wrong doings. They know it would mean election losses. To the dems, nothing is more important than the elections. Ultimately, it is about control.

That is why you will never hear any kind of an apology, that is unless mandated by a court. Now that is something I would like to see. I would really like to live long enough to see. Unfortunately, I don’t think the Lord will let me live that long.

By the way, time to put Fauci in prison. He helped develop the virus. Don’t expect any apology from him either.

Maybe It’d Not Be So Bad

The dems are complaining about the House investing the FBI’s investigations. Might be a good thing. Some of them should never have started. The first thing the next Republican president should do is to fire all the top leaders in many of departments, especially the FBI & IRS. No need for investigations, just pink slips.

Who Bought the Paintings?

To be sure, there are likely a few ways to determine who bought the paintings that were painted by Joe’s son. It could be a long tedious task. After all, Joe isn’t so much a good public servant, but he does know how to cover his sins.

You find out who initially laid the money down at the auction. Then, regardless of who does what with the so-called art works, there is likely a stack or two or three of money, may gold, maybe bit coin coming from others: the real sources of the bribes. These might be, but not limited to the communists, the Chicoms, the going green outfits and particularly those who build electric cars.

On the other hand, we could just ask Joe. He knows. It just is; he’s not going to say. However, it’s still simple. Just look at who is receiving the checks. I mean that is sort-of the object of the bribe. Also, you notice how quickly the crude oil spigots were shut down and the border was open. Do you suppose the cartels had something to do with the so-called purchase of the so-called art.

As the aside for today: I wonder just how many of those grand works are being displayed on a wall in some millionaire’s home and how many have found their way to the local garbage heap. Can you imagine some pennyless bum pulling out a half million painting… then learning it’s not worth a cup of capuchino. Then to, I suppose some could have been gifted the fabulous works of art. I mean it isn’t everyone who can claim they have a painting worth 500 grand hanging on their living room wall.

The Search Before the Search

Don’t you think they had a crew go into Joe’s abode before they did this last search of Joe’s property? They knew it would look bad if the FBI found something worse than the other locations.

So, before the FBI went through the premises I would suspect they first had a team go through paper-by-paper. Some pages would get removed, some shredded and some went up in smoke.

After going through it all for over two months, it doesn’t really surprise me the FBI found nothing. That was the plan. Indeed, they would have been surprised if they they found so much as one questionable page.

Then again, any lawman would know it was likely a big waste of time to put on the big show for the public. NOTHING HERE TO SEE, NOTHING AT ALL!

The Tenth Amendment

Many know not what it says or what it is for. Frequently, it is ignored. In some cases, methods are invented to get around it. When politicians in DC wanted to make all the states set a 55-mph speed limit, they were well aware that it would not get by the Tenth Amendment. No problem. the used the power of highway funding. Any state that would not drop the limit to 55, would lose the federal highway funding. So much for the spirit of the tenth amendment. It would seem that any time they want to nullify the amendment, they just make the appropriate threats. The feds, specifically the dems get around the tenth to control our schools. That’s a bad idea. The feds should have very limited control over schools.

Today, the Tenth Amendment has become the least effective amendment and it should be one of the most enforced. Today, our federal system is on the brink of collapse because most people just simply don’t know how important the amendment is. More and more, power is being transferred to the feds. it is just exactly what the founding fathers feared and for good reason.

For those who have no problem with the feds (effectively the dems) running everything, consider these two questions. How has it worked so far? How well will it work in the foreseeable future?

Well, let me add one more. Do we really want the feds determining how our children are being brainwashed? Do we really want our kids filled with a heap of false propaganda? (Actually, to some degree, this has already started.)

Perhaps Nixon’s Greatest Mistake

I guess there are those who call out mistakes made by Richard Nixon. However, I suspect his biggest mistake was after the election in which Kennedy was declared the winner. He chose not to contest the votes in and near Chicago.

Most historians will quickly agree that had he contested the votes, he may very well have won the election. Yet he chose not to contest them because he was afraid of the national division it might cause. What he apparently overlooked was that it sent a signal to the democrats. He set the “no contest” pattern.

He basically implied that Republicans would not contest elections of future elections even when the dems cheat. Hence, every election since, the democrats have cheated, and might I say, very effectively? Since that election, there have been many dead voting. People in nursing homes voted, oddly entirely for dems, even when the voter had not even seen a ballot.

In every election since, the dems come up with new methods of putting their thumbs on the election scale. And by the way, whoa to anyone suggesting that there was any kind of voter fraud.

By the way, does not really matter. Laws were broken and people actually admit to it. The problem is that no one in the position to prosecute wants to. Anyone that wants to prosecute can’t. The dems basically control the Justice Department and many of the courts. Even more, the DC courts are critical and completely controlled by the dems. (Over 90% dems in the District of Columbia. No way to convict a dem. No way to defend a Republican.)

Few of us at the time knew, or could even imagine, the damage that was done by that one magnanimous decision made unselfishly by Richard Nixon. It just shows to go, one cannot play nice when it comes to the dems. They have no interest in doing things right. They have no interest in the good of the country or the Constitution. Their only interest is socialism and the power it will provide them.

As a sidenote, I would point out that socialism and the Constitution are mutually exclusive. They cannot co-exist. Hence, for the dems, to win, they must tear down the Constitution and the American way of life. Hence their efforts are to destroy what Americans have spent over two centuries building.

My aside: Fauci is retiring. Maybe we can arrange to put him in a prison cell for the next thousand years.

Caution! WARNING!

The question of the day is, “Will the one person in this world who reads all those cautions and warnings that come with those wonderful products raise his or her hand.” My reasoning tells me there can’t be more than one in this world. OK. Maybe two.

I can’t remember exactly when. Seems like it was in the early 80s when I heard a news story about two men who sued Sears and won. It seems Sears did not caution against using a lawn mower to trim hedges. Now I don’t know about you but I would hope most people, the human type, would actually realize the Hazzards of such a thing. Besides, I would think it’s a little awkward.

Nonetheless, I’m sure the Sears corporation started adding the proper caution. Even more, their lawyers likely met in some big room and started dreaming up dozens of other cautions and warnings to keep their company out of the courtrooms.

I also suspect that many other outfits, large & small, took note. And now the trees are falling so that thousands of companies can have paper to print millions of pages of warnings and cautions, which never-ever get read.

Indeed, it has defeated the very purpose of them. And so it is that people suffer because of too much caution ⚠️.

It is, however, nice to know that the big corporations will suffer no loss. The info is there. If we don’t read it, it’s our fault, not theirs.

Sometimes, I wonder if our lawyers, law makers and those looking to get rich quick in the courtrooms will be the downfall of this country.

Regardless, we know the lawyers and those who write the laws will do really well, until we the folks that put up with them get tired of it all.

It’s about time we do away with this absurdity, that is, before it does away with us.

Now, let’s see. Do you suppose a lawnmower could be safely modified to trim hedges. Maybe those 2 men had a brilliant idea after all.

Million Dollar Lawsuits

Over my lifetime, I’ve seen a lawsuit or two. Most generally they go after the outfit with the money. Just look at all the money they got from the big tobacco corporations. They also got a dollar or two from those that made and used asbestos.

Just look up lawsuit on the internet and you’ll find them by the dozens. However, you will find two things common with almost all of them. Those individuals guilty of intentional wrong rarely pay. In general their bank accounts remain in tact and they hardly ever spend a day behind bars.

Also, those that benefit the most are the lawyers, ironically on both sides of the suit. Moreover, the big corporations generally keep lawyers on staff or at least on retainer. Few harmed by tobacco ever saw a dollar from the $billion lawsuit. It went to lawyers, states, cities, etc.

Where’s the justice in that? Where’s the national benefit from such laws?

Sort of makes me think lawyers write laws to benefit lawyers.

Just an afterthought, a rhetoric question–just how many of those tobacco executives ever got charged with a crime though they knew their products harmed and killed? Just which of them was convicted of encouraging the youth into what is likely a lifelong deadly habit with ads aiming right at kids?

A Horrid Nightmare!

Last night I had a horrible nightmare. I dreamed I was back in the Marines, a gunnery sergeant in an infantry company headed to Camp Lejeune. Worse, I would have to drink that contaminated water for more than a year.

It must have been one of those horrible commercials. That’ll teach me to fall asleep with the TV on. I have always had a fear of having to trudge around in the mud. It’s why I went into the airwing.

By the way, I did get close enough to those who did trudge through the mud to have the utmost respect for them. That seems far more than those who choose to speak the foreign language of legalese. I hate it when anyone likes to jump on the chance to take advantage of a very unfortunate situation.

Maybe it would be a good idea if it would be required for all lawyers to report their profits from tort settlements. That way they would get all the disrespect they deserve.

One might say they are just helping those wronged. Yet take their reward from them and see how much help they are to anyone. Look at all the good they did during the tobacco suits. I wonder just how much of that money ended up in the hands of lawyers and their friends, the politicians verses those actually harmed by tobacco.

As far as I’m concerned, it is a nightmare worse than the one I had. When I awoke, the horror depated.
