Unconstitutional? So What!

It is Old Joe’s attitude and the dems are right behind him.

He decided to forgive student loans. The Supreme Court said you can’t do that. It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. Now we all know, he did it anyway.

Did anyone slap his hands? Old Joe does something really illegal and does he get taken to court. Does he pay any fine? Nope. Everyone looks the other way. They are too busy going after Trump, who they know to be innocent.

Now, before the Court, the issue of government affecting free speech. If Joe wins, if Old Joe loses, what’s the difference. There will be no penalty, leastways not as much I can tell. My best guess, Old Joe will say, “So what!” and he’ll keep doing what he wants to.

It would appear that the court has all but lost its true power to as umpire, and Old Joe knows it. He just goes off and does as he wants and the Court feebly waves their arms and say, “You can’t do that.”

Old Joe really is a Friend Of Criminals. The Criminals don’t pay their loans, and Joe helps them.

Open Defiance

Can we bring up the last presidential election one more time or is everyone going to openly defy any other possibility than as it turned out?

I’m not a big fan of Glenn Beck, but every now and then he says something that is really, really thought provoking. Let me say what he said in a very different way.

Why is it that when anyone brings up a good question or two that everyone and their cousins quickly clamps a lid on it. Of course I do mean that figuratively, but I certainly can’t exaggerate it even a little.

I mean, think about it. I bring up the subject and immediately if not sooner, my thoughts are belittled, before I even bring forward any facts.

Nothing, but nothing was established in court. The Supreme Court refused to even look at anything, defiantly. At the time, couldn’t understand that. Considering the obvious disobedience of the law I still don’t comprehend it.

It is as if someone, somewhere said put a lid on it and no one nowhere, noway, no how dare say anything differently.

You might take note of what has happened to those that did try to swim upstream. Many are already in prison. Many more are on their way. Is this really the way we should be treated when we question the outcome of an election.

If so, there are at least 3, maybe 4 who should be behind bars.

DON’T like it when the rules only work but one way. I do believe most of the rest of us do, or should feel the same.

Does it Really Help to Know

I took my Ford Taurus into the dealership to have some minor work done on it. When I went to pick it up, the service manager informed me that the anti-lock brakes control went bad. Then he suggested it might have been battery acid that dropped down on it.

I actually thought about arguing the point. The battery was relatively new and there was not one drop of acid around it. Moreover, it was in a tray which was also dry. I decided against it. I knew it would do no good.

I knew the guy was handing me a line but sometimes it isn’t enough to know. I wasn’t there to see it and I could see no evidence of anything that his man did. So that was it, more-or-less. Of course, the customer always has a last resort. I had owned three Fords before; none since.

The point is that sometimes, sometimes, it does not do any good to know. I knew the man was lying to me, but it did not do be any good. Anything short of having a video of the whole thing, I am doomed to lose the argument before I start. Even then, they might not accept a video of proof.

Well, there is another thing I know that will never do anyone any good. I know there was major cheating in the last election. Guess what. The dems know it too. The problem is that there was never a way to get it into the courts to prove anything; this even though some in position of authority outright admitted to not following the law. Incidentally, I believe the courts knew it too. I mean, it was a poorly kept secret.

The dems decided to ignore it and they insisted that everyone else ignore it too. Moreover, if anyone brought it up, the dems made sure that they suffered for it.

Now we stand on the brink of another election. You think they will do it again? They certainly will, if we permit it. Actually, they just might have obtained the power to do it even should we do not permit it. It may have already reached the tipping point. We, even now, might be living in a one party country. If so, it won’t do any good to know it. It will be too late. Very soon. we will all know. A lot of good it will do then.

Is it Right or Is it Wrong?

In last few days the Supreme court has made some decisions. Old Joe has said he will need to find another way. The homosexuals have said they have been slighted. The dems are upset that there is no longer a quota system in the colleges. It would seem there is a whole lot of disagreeing going on. One says one thing. The other says the other.

So, the question is arising, were they right or were they wrong? I submit to you. it is very easy to tell. When the dems hate it, the Justices can suspect they got it right. When the NY times complains about the decision, it goes beyond suspicion. When the major news anchors complain as if someone has them by the little toe, then they will know, beyond any reasonable doubt that they have it right.

The Inevitable Result of the Pipeline

It is one of those old laws so to speak of the pipeline. If what you put in is bad, most likely what you get out the other end will be bad. So let’s take a quick look at the pipeline and what we are putting in and just what is coming out.

We put in children from broken Godless homes. We send them through schools where no one can say anyting about God, or even speak the truth about good and evil without someone losing his job. We teach that mankind has no greater importance than a whale, porpoise or ape, and the kids come out believing all things they are taught.

If a person is no more than an animal, but more intelligent and with apposing thumbs: if all man is doing is destroying plants, animals and the climate, then why not believe he has improved the world by destroying some of the horrible human inhabitants?

Don’t all animals go around killing others, even of their own type? Why shouldn’t men kill other men? We are only soulless animals as all the others.

Indeed, as a society, we kill even the youngest and most innocent. Joe speaks as if it is our duty kill babies before they have a chance to breathe the air we breath, to be sure, before they are protected by law.

If there are any statistics, I suspect they would prove at least 8 out of 10 killers come from broken homes where the Bible was never read.

And so it would seem that I’m blaming broken homes for all the shootings. Nothing could be farther from the truth. God tells us we each are responsible for our own actions.

After all, Eve blamed the snake. Adam blamed Eve and even implied God was guilty because He made Eve for him.

Mankind always looks for excuses, a way out. Yet, when we do we always make things worse. So, Joe tries to blame the weapon instead of the shooter. That makes about as much sense as Cain blaming the rock for his killing Able. You notice even Cain was not that dumb.

I’ve said it before and I’ll repeat it till the day I die. The time to pray is before the disasters. Afterwards is too late. But then, the government won’t let us pray beforehand, only after.

So, the pipeline made up of broken homes and atheist schools keeps turning out kids who know not the difference between good and evil. To that degree, society is guilty. How can they know right from wrong when no one is permitted to teach them.

An Odd Statement by Joe

Joe said that it was Trump’s fault. I’m sure he meant it to be derogatory. I’m sure he meant to cast desperation on the former president.

While I don’t speak for the former president, I am tempted to say that he might be tempted to smile and say, “Thanks.” To be sure President Trump would be glad to own his historic accomplishment. He did work for it very hard. It is a shame he will never receive the accolades he deserves, though he will get the blame. (Now, figure that out.)

As an aside I think we all should be thankful for President Biden’s plead to remain peaceful. After all, women can still have their children killed, though they might need to travel a little.

The Irony of it All

The dems are cheering the new justice. They are celebrating they managed to slip her in. Maybe they are really proud of themselves. The truth is they had no gains. The court has the same makeup as before. However. as for me I feel a little uneasy that we now have a woman on the most powerful court of the land that does not know what a woman is, this though she has two children. Can someone tell me how this can happen?

Does this now mean we are going to have to add an amendment to define men and women. It is cinch that or forefathers knew the definitions. I am sure that had they realized that the question might come up, the definition would have been part of the constitution.

As with most of the people in this world, most feel a need for a definition as ridiculous. It would seem that only the dems in this country are really dumb enough that it has to be spelled out for them.

Definition of a Woman

No matter what else we know, Judge Brown Jackson is a liar and most certainly lied under oath. She said she did not know the definition of a woman. We might not be able to prove it but i am quite sure that she could have come up with 4 or 5 definitions, all valid.

I know it. She knows it. Most of us know it.

Saying she couldn’t was her way of dodging the very simple, unexpected question. She was in dread fear of being attacked by the woke bunch.

There is no doubt she will be voted in. Also, there will be no doubt there will be a dishonest justice on the Court for a while.

For the Dems, i am sure they will considerably comfort.

An Unusual Concept

I can’t say I totally agreed with the Supreme Court today. I don’t believe anyone should be able to require another to take a vaccine that is still classified as experimental.

Nonetheless, putting that aside, it would appear that the president can now require Supreme Court justices to take experimental vaccines, whether or not they want to take it. The justices are, after all, federal employees. The thought did not occur to me until after their decision. I wonder if it occurred to those wearing black robes.

A Hope and a Fear

After the court heard arguments on Mississipp’s abortion law, my hopes are rising as well as my fears. It is possible, perhaps probably that the court might let the law stand. It’s even remotely possible that Roe v Wade will be overturned.

My fear is that those FOCs will pass a law that would make it moot. They do currently have the majority in both chambers. Worse, I fear that there are plenty of RINOs that would be glad to help them.
