New Shot for the Virus

Recently heard about another booster shot for the China virus. If you ask me if I’m going to take it, that would be a no!

Don’t mind taking a shot or two when the effectiveness has not be proven, but this is ridiculous. After, what two or three years, not only can’t they prove it has any effectiveness, it seems obvious that the only effect it has is negative. People have died from that shot, you know. Yet, it seems it will not even slow the effect of the disease. Since I have had the shot, I have had the virus twice. I don’t think the shot works. I’d much rather take the Hydroxycloroquine. It has better proven results than the dumb shots. More important, I know it won’t kill me, as the shot might.

It is another reason I call the old man Joe. He tried to force the men in the armed forces to take an experimental drug. Those who refused to take it, he made them leave the armed forces. That’s not just nuts. That is crazy nuts. It’s one more thing he will not be able to explain to Jesus when he sees Jesus face-to-face. My best guess, from his appearances, form his mannerisms, that does not seem to be much into the future.

A Word About Social Media

It is why I will never get on Ticktock or Facebook or anything similar. Perhaps I could be more well known if I did, but those folks have a serious problem. They publish lies without hesitation. The truth they disallow, while calling it a lie. That which aids and abets our enemy is welcome while that which encourages patriotism is verboten. They have permitted the rewriting of history, especially American history.

Well, let’s see what I mean. What about the virus. Much of what they would not permit from good ethical doctors could not be published. That damaging, which the dems wanted, was published and encouraged. Perhaps millions died because of that. It kept at least three effective meds from being used while allowing meds that had no effect. It caused two-year-olds to have to wear masks when they knew they had no effect. It obliterated the restaurant industry, especially in NY, NY and It just almost brought the American economy to an absolute halt. And then, as if that was not enough, they caused the US to go into a debt that we might never crawl out of, at least for another 100 years. Finally, they helped the dems outright steal an election right in front of our eyes. (Don’t tell me different. I saw what I saw. Others did too, but it is inconvenient for them to remember.)

People ask me why I won’t get on a social media. Now, you know why. I would appreciate it very much if you would let others know.

Incidentally, has anyone noticed the big increase in crime these last few years, especially shootings? Most of us don’t like it. The dems love it. It gives them a reason… well it just gives them reasons. That’s what they want.

The Odds

I’m not a big fan of math. It just is that when a person plans to go into a career as electronics, it is essential. I mean ohm’s law, the calculations of impedance and such all uses math. It even gets into calculus a little when dealing with vectors and such.

However, math is used in a wide range of other things. Certainly, it is used in physics and chemistry. When packing the aircraft during the Berlin air lift, they even came up with a new math, to make sure all aircraft were loaded to the max both weight and space.

One branch of math that is not talked about too much are the laws of probability. Some of this stuff can make an insane man normal. For instance, you toss a penny 100 times and the laws of probability tells us that it will likely land on tails and heads equally, or at least nearly equally. Of course, the more times you toss the penny, the more apt that the heads and tails will be equal.

Yet, those who specialize in studying odds tell us that, even should we end with tails 80 out of a hundred times, the chances of it coming up heads is still 50%. (either that or there’s something wrong with the penny)

Then there is a special branch of odds within math. These mathematicians try to know the odds are that you will live to a certain age. I’m not sure, but I think most of them work for the insurance company.

Just so you don’t get the wrong idea, I am not an expert in this field. However, I do have a broad idea about it all. For instance, the odds of me living past 72 are pretty small. Some die earlier. Some manage to beat the odds and live past a hundred.

Oddly, so far I have beat those odds. I spent one year in a war zone. I rode a motorcycle for over two years. Believe it or not, for a large part of my life, no one wore seat belts. The first couple of cars I owned didn’t even have them. Then, for quite a while after, we still didn’t wear them.

I don’t know how I made it through those years, but I did. On the other side of the coin, something could happen and I’d be gone tomorrow. When I was in the Marines, I saw a twenty year old marine die as he was walking along. The doc said he was dead before he hit the ground. Now, you talk about being against the odds. That shouldn’t have happened. I really wished it hadn’t

At any rate, things like that have a tendency to tip the mortality tables a little. On the other hand, something else that will tip the mortality tables is playing with guns. I saw that too. The guy was playing quick draw with a .38. For those unaware, it is a worse practice than going without seat belts.

I bought the new all electric car. All the mortality charts likely say I won’t live the seven years to pay the car off. If I do, I’ll be eighty and I might not be able to drive it. As a financially responsible, person, I need to make sure the car will be paid for should I die. I’m sort of in that boat now. On the other hand, maybe I ought to go back to work.

Actually, I would enjoy working three days a work. Unfortunately, I might not be able to. I don’t know if anyone will hire an old man to flip hamburgers or mop floors. It would be better if people would help me out by buying my books. (hint, hint)

This side of seventy, I’ve sort of been doing some thinking, as dangerous as that may sound. Those people who study the mortality really have their hands full. When a person is born, they calculate just what his chances are of reaching my age. Not only that, they try to determine the cause of death. Will it be disease, accident, murder, or maybe peanuts. No way of knowing but they still guess. Every year they release figures that tell you what what your chances are of dying of a shark attack. Then, of course we stop eating red meat or drinking things with artificial sweeteners. We stay of the ocean and we make sure to fasten the seat belts. Then of course, people start dying from obesity and lack of protein. We start going blind and losing limbs because of diabetes.

Fact is that we, none of us, can avoid death. We can avoid too much meat, we can avoid artificial sweeteners we can avoid smoking and smokers with extreme care. Moreover, some might wear helmets in their cars, or maybe not ride in cars at all. In order to avoid the cars we will use the safer plane, even if we just need to go ten miles.

Naturally, each form of death can be further broken down. For instance, illness takes in cancer, heart disease, neurological problems, and on and on. Then cancer can be broken down further into I have no idea how many. Two of my four brothers died of brain cancer. Every doctor I ever talked to has said that is very rare. I’ll just have to take their word for it as I don’t know. I did see them just before they died and I saw it was a horrible way to die.

Then, of course there are the overdoses of drugs. I just can’t figure that one out. Unlike cancer, it is totally preventable. I hear a few politicians say a few things here and there. The only one I saw that really did something was President Trump. Then of course, the dems did something about that. Now the problem is worse than before. I wonder what those people that study odds and mortality have to say about that. The government spent untold fortunes curing AIDS. Who is trying to solve the problem of drug abuse?

Then there are the murders. Most murders don’t have anything to do with guns. The dems are trying to get rid of the guns and they are letting the other murderers out on in the streets minutes after the murder. I don’t understand that. I wonder if those that study odds have something to say about it.

I’m still trying to figure out how the dems can cry out against the guns when they themselves are the authors of millions of deaths, in Ukraine, Afghanistan and Iraq. Then too, what about the disaster we call the pandemic. Could have been totally avoided if China was not financed by the dems and specifically Fauci. How many deaths were caused in this country by guns? Look it up. How many have died from the China virus. I suspect that far more were killed by Fauci and his dem friends than all the guns.

Is It Is, or Is It Was?

Odd question, isn’t it? Is it something that still is, or is it something that was, that is to say, no longer exists. The question came to mind as I was watching one of those Law-and-Order things. don’t remember which. I think it was filmed a year or two before the China virus.

In the background was a large restaurant. I ignored the foreground for a while and looked at the restaurant. There it was. I suspect it was a real restaurant with real owners and real employees. I suspect they had a regular clientele right there in NY, NY someplace. I wonder if it still is. I wonder if it is one of those places that was and is no more.

Perhaps the owner went bankrupt. Perhaps he was one of those horrible statistics. NY, NY was one of the hardest hit cities. Moreover, the mayor and governor had no idea what they were doing. Even if the restaurant is still there, they might have lost many of their regulars. There were many restaurant goers who no longer go to restaurants.

It is another reminder that one day, in a country halfway around the world, a lab was doing unthinkable research and one of the greatest disasters ever, began when some of those super microscopic semi-living organisms escaped and the world will never be the same.

President Trump said it started in China so he called it the China virus. I watched as it spread, first from the west and then from the east to my little corner of the world. I think I had it twice. I guess God decided to keep me around for a while. I suffered, yes, but I’m still here. Don’t think I’ll ever be the same again. I don’t have nearly the energy.

I watched it on TV. First, they talked about tens, then hundreds the hundreds of thousands. It spread so fast, sort of like it was designed to do that. My thought was it was those horrid Chinese. Then my eyes were opened. We financed that research. It was money from this country that killed the millions. No one really pays any attention once we start talking thousands.

As for me, I like to think in terms of individuals. So, here I am wondering if that restaurant is or if it was.

How quickly the dems accuse Republicans of being Nazis. Yet, can one dem point out one Republican that caused more death than Fauci. Has there ever been a conservative that has caused such disruption to international trade and travel. Has so much as one person on the right side of the isle caused 2- and 3-year-olds to wear masks on airlines, when they knew they do no good. And by the way, does anyone remember that the airlines, all of them almost went bankrupt.

Let’s put Fauci in prison and throw the key away, the sooner the better.

Makes a Person Want to Shake His Head

A preacher (Bishop Woods) caught my attention a while ago.  He knew what he was talking about.  Then he mentioned roughly that he went into a Walgreens and picked up a package of masks.  On the reverse side, he saw the disclaimer “Will not prevent corona disease.”

Now that just makes a person want to shake his head.  It causes me no end of confusion.  Just what is the purpose of the masks?  Just why is it that we were required to wear masks that the manufacturer admits won’t work?  What is it that Fauci knows that we don’t?  Just why does he want us to wear masks that he knows don’t work?

I mean, if the manufacturer knows they don’t work, I’m sure Fauci is well aware of it.  Does he like the discomfort they cause?  Does he like it when we all walk into banks looking like bank robbers?  Does he enjoy the fact that he has made it impossible to eat, drink, or play the oboe.  Does he like all the commotion he created on airplanes from 2-year-olds?

Let us take this just a little farther.  What about the shots.  Properly, the shots should have been marked, “Will not prevent corona virus.”  You do realize it had nearly zero affect.  On the other hand, they did cause problems, especially with younger people.  Some had heart problems.  I suspect there were deaths from it.

Yet, even today, the boosters are still encouraged.

Guess what?  They don’t work.  It’s time to stop pretending they work.  It’s time we start using different means, something that might actually work.  You know.  Things like those meds that actually showed signs of working that the government and social media mocked so devastatingly.

Just shows to go, the government, especially one run by Joe doesn’t know best.  Oh! And by the way.  Those social media outfits have a lot of apologizing to do.  Some folks lost their jobs.  Some were forced from the military and lost their retirement.  Some folks went to jail for their the stupidity of a few who had not an inkling of knowledge on the subject.  Best to let real doctors, real researchers do the job.  We need to keep the politicians and social idiots out of it.

Oh! By the way, many unmasked diseased were welcomed into this country by the government with diseases far worse than the corona virus.

Just makes a person want to shake his head.

Criminals Will Always Have Weapons

Even if nothing more than slings, bad people will will always have weapons and they will always do bad things. It is why I keep saying that we need to keep them locked up, that is to say the criminals, not the weapons.

Lest you get the wrong idea, slings can be very dangerous. Moreover, slings don’t have serial numbers. They lack lans & grooves, which might be used to ID the slinger. Be that as it may, criminals can steal, smuggle or even build weapons including guns. Strange as it may seem, some criminal types are also geniuses.

Maybe the ammo would be a little more difficult but men have been making guns and ammo for 6 or 7 hundred years. It’s not that hard, especially with a good machine shop. How many chemists know the secrets of good gun powder and are ready and willing to make it for the right price.

So. You take the guns away from good law abiding citizens. The military will have guns. The police will have guns. The criminals will have guns. The rest of us, I guess will have to live behind bars to stay safe.

Sort-of reverses things doesn’t it? While we hide in our private fortresses, the criminals rome free. Could it be that it’s what the dems want?

Speaking of criminals. You notice Fauci has a book deal. Seems to me there is a law against criminals profiting from their criminal efforts. Just goes to show, laws that aren’t enforced are pointless. It’s sort of like trying to take the guns from criminals. Just not going to happen.

The winners of the gun laws will be the criminals.

Incidentally, did you hear the latest from the World Health Organization? Seems they finally figured it out. They no longer recommend shots for healthy youth. Wonder just who told the WHO.

A Horrible Thought

I did not watch the state of the union. I figured why listen to a bunch of lies. Because I didn’t watch it, I figured I’m hardly qualified to make any remarks about what was said.

However it did hear Bernie Sanders was the only one who wore a mask. Then, I had a thought, a really horrible thought. Could it be that all of them caught the China virus? Most of those who were there are old. Many, maybe all the unmasked could die. Then we would be left with no one but Sanders.

Fortunately, in the real world, masks don’t actually make any difference. Right. Right? Right?? Please tell me I’m right.

I did say it’s a horrible thought.

Mandates and Laws

  1. Vaccine mandates might work if the vaccinatins were effective.
  2. Mask mandates might work if and when masks work.
  3. Laws only work when they are enforced.
  4. Borders are only borders when they are properly guarded according to the immigration laws.
  5. Biden will only start obeying the law when we the people demand it. Until then, he will do as he wants. Currently, he has no fear of the law, the Constitution or the courts. He said he could not get away with mandates, then he issued mandates. The court demanded he reiinstate hold in Mexico and he ignored the order.

Because vaccines are ineffectve, the vaccine mandates are useless.

Because the laws are not enforced, we effectively live in a lawless land.

Because he ignores the law Biden is a criminal.

Windmills, Solar Cells and Drive Through Restaurants Forever

It would seem the two have no relation with the third but I assure you they do.

When I first moved into this area, there were few restaurants of any kind, even fewer drive throughs. We had no McDonald’s nor Burger King. If we were going to eat out, we mostly had to drive up into Memphis. In a way, that was a good thing. Back then I had debts, a family and not much of of an income. Today, a $230 mortgage payment does not seem a lot. Well, in 1977, it was enormous for someone who just left the Marines and settled in a town far away from my native California.

We eked by over the years, paid off our bills, the kids are now out on their own and now, one of our major expenses are two old dogs. I do mean old, both over 12. So we spend a lot on dog food and vet bills. However, we have a very wide selection of places to eat, from large nice places to small nice places. I might add we also have a few places that are not so nice.

With the two of us getting older, I’ve decided to spoil the wife as much as I can; so we eat out more than we eat in. That saves washing dishes, if nothing else. Mostly, when we eat in, we put the microwave to use. I’ve even considered buying a second one but I’m not so sure the old aluminum wiring in the house could handle it. Therefore, from time to time, we use the stove, though we try to keep oven use to the winter.

Then the China virus hit. That was a big disruption to our life style. To the best of my knowledge, neither of us has had it, though we do know a few who have. Instantly, however, we went to using drive throughs.

Did I mention that I really hate drive throughs. However, I had no choice. Suddenly, everyone closed their dinning room. Worse, I had to wear a mask in the local grocer. They took my temp as I entered and if I got too close to that century mark, we would have had to go hungry, as well as the poor dogs. The wife and I can stand a day or two without food but the dogs have sort-of become used to a regular meal.

Besides, the wife and I could go to a drive through. Most of them do not sell dog food. I would have tried to explain but they simply would not have understood, though their vocabulary is pretty good. Being a little overweight, it would do them good to miss a meal. My best guess is that they still would not have liked it.

So, during the beginning of the pandemic, whenever we went to a restaurant for food, we went through a drive through and brought it home. Sometimes we took it to a park, when the weather permitted. It beat staring at the same walls I’ve been looking at for over thirty years.

Now, after all this time, a little less than half the restaurants have opened their dining rooms. Fortunately, 2 days before our anniversary, Outback opened their dining room. I thanked them for that and again I thank them publicly. We both had a nice steak and baked potato in really nice surroundings. In addition, neither of us washed one dish.

Now that some things are somewhat back to normal, I think back over it all. Moreover, I wonder if the next wave of the virus will drive us indoors again, and back to the drive throughs.

Then today, I thought of those who want to “save energy” and decrease “CO2.” I went back all through my memory over the time since Fauci began his rampage and I cannot find one instance of anyone wanting to do away with drive throughs.

I find the concept of using acres to generate electricity wasteful, though maybe a tad successful. I find windmills pretty useless on a calm day. Moreover, I am sure the two methods require a lot of maintenance.

Then I shake my head at the whole mess. The amount of energy produced by solar cells is likely countered by the energy wasted waiting in line for Whoppers. The carbon dioxide saved by windmills is likely greatly countered by the fumes coming from cars waiting on their driver’s Big Macs. Yet, no one has said a thing about it.

I figured out why. It really makes since. The green earth folks consider the convenience of a drive through more important than the energy used. The importance of staying in their air-conditioned autos more important carbon the spewed while they sit there and wait… their engines doing nothing while the car’s occupants remain comfortable.

Am I wrong? Maybe. Still, why do I not hear any of them complain about drive throughs.

And so it is, we are stuck here with windmills, solar cells and drive throughs forever. It’s not that we can’t do anything about it. It just seems few, if any, want to.

Besides, it makes it so much simpler for the FOCs to control us.

Twelve Days?

I feel somewhat better now that I can order China Virus tests on the internet. However, it might take up to twelve days to get to me. I figure if I have symptoms today, what would I need the test for in twelve days. I figure I will either be over it or dead by then.

I suppose I could order a couple in advance but I would feel bad keeping the tests to myself should I might not ever need them. Besides, should I want them, there I might not be able to locate it. My memory frequently fails me. Then, of course, I would find it three weeks later.

I suppose my logic is somehow wrong as I know no one else who brought up the problem.
