The Lord is My Shepherd

The opening words of Psalm 23 can be some of the most comforting words ever written. To be sure, to know that the Lord is watching over us like a shepherd is to know that we are in his absolute care.

To be sure the question comes to mind who are his sheep? We know who the Shepherd is but who belongs to His flock?

From what I understand, David was the writer of the psalm. He certainly was one of God’s sheep. The Bible makes that very clear. On the other hand, he had sons that were not likely part of the flock. One son raped a daughter. The other killed another son and one of his sons tried to kill David and take his kingdom. (Those are only the ones I can remember offhand) I’m not going to go out on a limb and say that any one of them was not part of the flock, but it would seem so.

The fact is, many who think they are part of the flock aren’t. If Jesus is not your Shepherd, the above words are do not apply to you. Indeed, they should bring you fear. You see you have a choice. You can choose to be part of His flock. On the other hand you can chose not to in his flock. Therefore, the entirety of the 23rd psalm does not pertain to you. It’s not that you will die but that you have no life in you now. Until you receive the Lord Jesus into your heart and accept him as your savior, His life (spiritual) is not in you. Being as God is the source of all life, if you do not have God, you are without life (spiritually).

If you die (physically) without Jesus as your savior, it is final. Not only will you be without life, you also will be without hope.

If you cannot truly say that the Lord is your Shepherd, maybe you need to seek the Lord, while you are able.

As an aside: Communism and Christianity cannot coexist. Hence, communists fight to disprove the existence of God, this while they try to claim some similarities with Christianity.

COVID19 Historical Facts

Playing the Scarecrow

Now that the governor is being confronted about the lives lost, he has decided to play scarecrow. Remember when the scarecrow in the wizard of Oz pointed this way and that way. When Cuomo was asked whose fault it was, he pointed this way and that way. In the end he even blamed God.

…. Note, for those unaware he might want to be be careful about blaming God. Mr. Trump might not be able to fight back much but God can. He can make it so you wished you were never born.

The important thing is this, good leaders don’t look around to blame others. Only bad leaders do that. Now it is too late. He has his back against the wall. An apology at this point means nothing. An apology would say he is sorry that he was caught, not that he was sorry about the his decision and its results. Because he is a dummycrat, I would guess that at this point, he might avoid jail time, but he will likely never ever get elected to any office again. I suspect endorsements would be very difficult to come by at this point.

By the way, it was his fault. He made the decisions and signed the paper. To the best of my knowledge, in the entire country, there were but four governors that made that mistake, all ending in tragedy. They were all democrats. It is why I call them dummycrats. It would seem all the other governors were smarter.

I love those who like to say that of all the nations the US had the worst covid19 numbers. If that would make President Trump bad, what does it make the Cuomo of New York. His state had the worst numbers of all the states. The next four states also had democrat governors. In fact, if we disregard the states run by dummycrats, the US looks pretty good.

But then, as Cuomo says, what difference does it make? A few lives here a few there. What does it matter…unless one of those lives was in your family.

I just checked my 401k, which had been doing well. Not so much now. It just lost 6,000 over the last 2 days. Then to, why should he care. He issued any apologies when he his signature cost the lives, oh somewhere in around 30,000 or more lives. After all, when you’re dealing with those kind of numbers, who cares?

Where’s the Cake

After Biden waved his pen and put thousands of people out of work, he was asked about the sudden unemployment. In essence he replied, let them find other jobs. It reminded me of the quote attributed to Marie Antoinette, “Let them eat cake.”

She was said to have said it out of ignorance. She figured that if the people ran out of bread they could eat cake instead. Of course, the only ones who had food were the royalty. There was no bread and there was no cake. And so the people revolted. After the revolution, royalty was very rare in France. Most lost their heads.

And now, the dems say, let them get other jobs. Apparently they speak with the same ignorance that Marie spoke with. Guess what? Unemployment is up. Jobs are down. On top of this, there is going to be even more competition for the jobs there are. In a couple of weeks, there is going to be flood of illegals into this nation such that we have never seen. They will take our jobs and flood our hospitals. Many will bring their crime, their disease and become burdens to the welfare system. To be sure the governor of California has already promised them healthcare, free no less.

As with the Marie Antoinette, the dems are telling those who lost their jobs to eat cake, but there is no cake. People will sit around the dinner table, but there will be no dinner. The jobs they lost paid over a hundred grand. If they are lucky, they might get a job paying a fifth of that. They will lose their houses, their cars and their 401ks. They might not find a job at all. For those unaware, such things often lead to alcoholism and suicides. And all Biden can say is “Let them eat cake.”

If there are many wonderful ‘green’ jobs where are they? Just maybe, before Biden signed those pieces of paper, he should have looked around a little. Maybe he could have looked in the help wanted ads for jobs paying 100- thousand. I don’t know. Would he have found a few thousand jobs offering salaries of 80 grand.

The Constitution was written with latitude. Those that wrote it thought that those running our government would somewhat know what they were doing. They never considered the gross stupidity of those holding office today.

Then again, they never figured that there would be so much dishonesty in our voting. They never figured that a few men and corporation would provide so much of the campaigning. When they provided freedom of the press, they never figured that they would seek the destruction of our republic.

Then again, they handed the country over to the younger generation, knowing how fragile it was. For over two hundred years, we held onto it. If the forefathers say the nation today, the one they started, they just might be a little repentant. It just might bring tears to their eyes.

Bottom line, if the dems keep telling us to eat cake, they just might expect a revolution. Not from me. I’m too old. I wouldn’t even suggest it. It is an observation. When the pressure in the boiler gets to high, things are going to happen.

Robots??

It seems impossible, but it was before I was married when I saw the exhibition of the robot depiction of Abraham Lincoln at Disneyland. That seems a long time ago and I am sure they have made enormous improvements to the science. They are likely more realistic, quieter and more able to stand alone. The one I saw likely had a cable the size of my leg going off somewhere which controlled every move the robot made.

Nonetheless, I was very impressed at the robot. More than that, I had never heard the speech before and I found it very moving.

Here lately, I’ve seen a number of speeches by Biden. After a while, I figured out what he reminded me of. The motion, the mannerisms and the slow actions reminded me of the robot I saw over fifty years ago.

I shook my head over the thought. Could it be? Of course not. No one would dare try such a thing. Moreover, they can’t possibly have improved robots to that point. I mean, Biden walked, even ran up to the podium before speaking. I guess the one thing that really convinced me that he is human were the mistakes. I mean, if they are going to replace a person with a robot, surely they wouldn’t go so far as to duplicate the mistakes as well, though it would help the realism.

There is one advantage of such a robot. It would be totally controlled by those who are behind him. It would mean that that Biden wouldn’t be making the decisions but a bunch of criminals behind the scenes.

I am something of a sci-fi fan. It certainly would make a good plot for a book, especially a futuristic book. Could such a thing happen today? Of course not. At least I don’t think so. Then again, I don’t see much difference. His people tell him what to do, what to say. That is sort of like a robot.

This Time, There’s a Difference

There have been disagreements before. There have been battles between dems and republicans since the end of the Civil War. However there is a difference this time.

Always before, there was one agreement between them. This time, the dems are anxiously trying to do away with The Constitution. This time, they want to so away with The Bill of Rights. You see they have a reason. They know that communism and The Constitution cannot coexist. At best, their hope is to make our form of government an element history.

Then again, I suspect they don’t even want that. Their hope is to also destroy history.

Then again, communism is just a distraction. Their real goal is to form a world wide dictatorship. Until there is but one dictator, there will be “wars and rumors of wars.” No one dictator will settle for a part of the world. They will want it all.

They Called ‘Truth’

The official newspaper was called “Pravda,” which means truth. In other words, the Soviets wrote lies and called them truth. It is an example, a demonstration that calling something the truth doesn’t always make it so.

On the other side of the coin, the truth is the truth and it cannot be made a lie, as the dems would like to do. The one thing that confuses me, when they say up is down and down is up, half the county believes them. They don’t question it. To be sure they call the lie the truth and, lo and behold, most many have little or no doubt. Those that have enough sense to figure it out are very cautious to openly question the lie. Look what happened to President Trump when he dared to doubt the Pravda of the dems. He was impeached, not once but twice.

Let’s look at one thing Biden did, prevent the oil pipeline. Let’s look at the repercussions.

  1. Over 1000 people lost their jobs in one day. It was said they can get other jobs. However, the fact is that 1000 families will be going hungry for a while and Biden characteristically doesn’t care. It is possible that one or two families will lose their homes. Several family dogs will be going into shelters or just turn lose to fend for themselves.
  2. The cost of oil and gasoline will go up. Those who can afford it least will be affected by it the most, those that must drive to and from work and those who use vehicles for their work. Farmers and truckers will have to pay more for diesel and all of us will have to pay more for heating and AC.
    On the other hand, the Arabs and Russians will be cheering at the higher profits they will get for their oil. It will also likely help that horrible dictator in Venezuela. It is not a side effect. It is planned. Bidden wants to help the monster. He likes the man. The two of them have a great deal on common.
  3. The tourist industry industry will suffer, this after they are already suffering from the virus. If people have to pay more for gas, they will do less traveling. Of course, tourist must travel. It sort of goes hand and hand.
  4. This will invariably have repercussions throughout the country: in refineries, manufacturing and the cost of finished goods.
  5. Perhaps worst of all, along with the moratorium on fracking, will put us at the mercy of other countries for our energy. We will have to bend to the will of those countries producing energy.
  6. Finally, the oil will not be stopped by stopping the oil line. It is ridiculously to think so. The oil will simply travel by other means: rail, barge and truck. All of these methods are more dangerous, less efficient, and far more expensive.

Let’s face it. Pravda got it wrong then and Biden is getting it wrong now. The question is, is it because he doesn’t know better or because he is doing it on purpose. The one is as bad or worse than the other. In the end, damage is just as bad.

Insanely Obsessive

I’m not a psychiatrist, but something recently occurred to me. Maybe I could get a professional opinion.

The dems seem to have an obsession possibly to the point of insanity. They tried to remove Trump from office before he became president. They tried to remove him during the four years he was in office. Now they are trying to remove him from office after he already left office. No doubt about it, they seem to be possessed and driven by a demon.

Okay, that is not scientific. While I do believe that demons exists, demon possession is likely not in the book of psychiatry. Nonetheless, it has been used a time or two to represent a person’s state of mind. It appears that the dems will not rest until they have convicted the former president of something, if only j-walking. Only thing is, they can’t even seem to convict him of that.

So it would seem, driven by some kind of insanity, they are trying once again. It is contra-productive. By trying to prove him guilty, they are only proving that no one can find anything of which he is guilty. Even if the Senate were to find him guilty. The jury, the one that really counts, the public realizes his innocence. On the other hand, if he is found not guilty, they will have even failed again.

Then what? Do they pursue him in the conventional courts? I do not put it passed the dems. They just might try that. It will of course only prove my point, that they are insanely obsessive.

Incidentally, as an aside, the chief justice will not be overseeing the trial in the Senate. It would seem his decision is based on fear. It would seem to verify one of my earlier posts. I suggested that fear is the reason the justices don’t want to take up any of voter-fraud cases. Could it be that someone has suggested to them that they should conform… or else? I wonder what the or else is.

For Americans???

I just Heard Leo Terrell say something that really puts the finger on Biden’s problem. I hope Mr. Terrell will permit me to paraphrase. He said,

[Biden said that he will do things for Americans. Yet on his first day he signs 17 executive orders, all of which benefit other nations, not Americans.]

As far as I am concerned, the above two sentences should be shouted from the rooftops. They should be broadcasts from every radio station. They should be tweeted by every tweeter. Somehow, I don’t think that will happen.

I might add, not only that, when he disallowed the pipeline, he not only helped foreigners, but also put thousands of Americans out of work, today. Also, I wonder just how many Canadians cheered when they heard the news.

I have but one word for Biden, fraud. He knows he is one and so do most of the people in this country. I will never call him president. He has blatantly stolen the office and it is something he will never truly be able to deny. By preventing proper investigations, the dems have seen to that.

When the forefathers chose to require presidents to be born in the US, the reason was obvious. They wanted to make sure they did not represent foreign nations. At this point, it would see Biden has chosen to represent exclusively foreign nations. As for we Americans, sorry. We just get left out. We don’t rate.
