How to Become Rich

Some might not consider me an expert on the subject.  Yet, I am now 71.  I have seen a lot and I have seen a number of people who became rich, some somewhat quickly.  So, I write this for those unaware of these methods.  However, I suspect most will be disappointed.  Most people are already well aware of them.  To save some time, I will limit my methods to legal, though not necessarily honest ones.

  1. Inherit your fortune.  While this method has the highest chances of succeeding, most people don’t have a rich aunt or uncle.  This pretty much eliminates our chances.  Still, if you can make good friends with a multi-millionaire, you might still have success with this method.  On the other hand, some have succeeded in marrying the money.  Naturally, for this to work in a reasonable time, you would want to marry someone who is old.
  2. I do not recommend this method.  It is very rarely successful.  Oddly, in spite of the odds, people continue to try this method.  Carried to its end, it usually works for the house more often than the gambler.  Some like the idea of buying chances on lotteries.  Obviously, some people do win fortunes with this method.  The truth be known, you would be better off taking part in the old illegal numbers games.  As I said, though, I am going to steer free of the illegal methods.
  3. Come up with a really good idea. There is a long list of people who have made fortunes off of very simple things.  Many times, I have seen advertisements for things and I could kick myself for not thinking of the idea first.  Some are so obvious.  In some cases, the inventions don’t even need to be useful.  I think back over my past and I find some of the most successful things were the most useless.  (Would you believe pet rocks?  Yep!  It made someone into a millionaire.)
  4. Becoming a lawyer. This works in a number of ways.  Forget practicing law,  The tort laws have probably been the one thing that made millionaires out of more people than any other one thing.  One judgment can result in untold millions for just a few lawyers.  I hear the lawyers advertising that they want to help the victims.  The truth, however, is that they want to use it to make their fortunes.  Even if you can’t get involved in a good tort lawsuit, you can still get elected to public office.  Just look at the senators and representatives.  They go into office as paupers and come out with the money overflowing their pockets.  I can only guess how that happens but I would suspect that at least some of it is illegal.  So maybe I shouldn’t include it in my list.
  5. Oddly, it does work.  I heard on the news about a preacher that died and had a bank account of over a million dollars.  When they checked on him, they realized he was just very frugal.  To succeed at this, it does mean doing without some of the niceties in life, but it does work.  Moreover, when you have the money to pay cash for things, it saves a fortune on interest paid.  The truth be known, if you live like a pauper, you might become a millionaire.  If you live like a millionaire, you will likely become a pauper.
  6. Become injured. This one is borderline legal.  Yet, if you are truly injured by accident and you can show fault, you just might be able to become rich as the result of a judgment.  This might have a major disadvantage, though.  It might mean giving up an arm or leg, or possibly your health.  Another disadvantage of this is that your lawyer will likely benefit almost as much as you.  Most lawyers require a 40% contingency fee.
  7. Become a professional athlete. Most people would have better luck in a casino.
  8. Finally, you just might go out and earn it. I know most people don’t like this method.  It is the one that you will find most rewarding.  More important, it is impossible to ethically earn a fortune without being a help to others.  It is the primary advantage of the capitalist system.

Aiding and Abetting

The dummycrats are guilty of aiding and abetting of the enemy, the Russians, Chinese, Iran and North Korea.  Every time they encourage the enemy, they aid them.  Every time they try to undercut the efforts of President Trump, they abet the enemy.  They are saying, “All you have to do is wait until the dummycrats get in office, things will turn to the way they were.”

Every time the dummycrats and fake news impede the building of the wall, Every time they refuse to alter the law to decrease illegal aliens, every time they aid those who are here illegally, they are aiding and abetting the cartel; they are encouraging gang members who illegally cross the borders and remain here.

Every time that someone dies from an overdose, they have contributed to their death.  Every time a woman is raped by an illegal alien, they are guilty of helping them.  And, by the way, they have helped some who have not yet arrived.  Some of the rapists are guilty before they reach the border.

Do the dummycrats or reporters feel any remorse.  No!  Most likely, the dummycrats are not capable of such a thing.  I mean, feeling guilt?  It seems to be a foreign concept to them.  As far as they are concerned, they would have to admit they are doing something wrong.  The truth is that anything that furthers their goals is a good thing, no matter who gets hurt.

All the above hardly surprises me.  After all, it is all in their guidebook, the  Communist Manifesto.  The part that really bothers me is that there are Republicans in cahoots with them too.  Nearly half of those who call themselves republicans are just as guilty and it doesn’t seem to bother them either.  Indeed, they seem to be proud of it.

Go figure?

Just remember, it’s not really about communism or socialism.  It is about power.  They want one world government and they want to be in control of it.  Nothing else matters.  World dominance was the dream of virtually every dictator since the beginning of history.

They love to belittle the memory of George Washington.  It would do them much good to remember that when George was offered the throne, he quickly turned it down.  Very few in his position would have.  It was likely the first step into the best and greatest government this world has ever seen.  Invariably, those who successfully lead a revolution become the leader of the new government.  Washington only accepted the office presidency after the forming of the government.  Even then, he insisted on stepping down after two terms.  It’s likely something Roosevelt should have learned from.

BUILD THE WALL!!!

A Good Thing?

If we send illegal aliens south

Wouldn’t that decrease the number of coming north?

Wouldn’t that be a good thing?

Actually, it would be a good thing for them too.  They wouldn’t needlessly risk their lives and lose their fortunes for naught.  It just might decrease the smuggling of drugs and I would think that would be a good thing too.

However, it would seem the dummycrats have it wrong again.  They think it would be bad and inhumane.  Truly, the best thing they can do is fix things in their own country instead of coming up here and destroying ours.

Tell me.  To where do we run when the US is destroyed?

P. S. I’m still waiting for an answer to my question, how does a drone stop someone from crossing the border?  For that matter, I have not heard one other person ask the question, not even Fox News, not even Hannity.  I don’t understand, it seems such an obvious question.

Decrease the Costs of Healthcare

If you really want to cut the cost of healthcare, one way you can go about it is to keep the lawyers out of it.  Doctors have to pay a great deal for malpractice insurance.  Let me restate that.  We who visit doctors pay a great deal for malpractice insurance.  It is a cost of business for doctors and we pay every bit of that cost.

Well, that is not totally true.  Most of us don’t pay the doctor.  We pay insurance companies and the insurance companies pay the doctor.  Regardless of how many hands it goes through, it is our dime that pays for that doctor to keep his practice.  Even if the cost is paid by an employer, it is part of our pay package.  In a way, when the payment is made through other means, it is worse.  By isolating us from the knowledge of the cost, we remain ignorant of just how much is paid for that visit to the doctor because we have sniffles.

It wouldn’t be so bad, but in most malpractice lawsuits, the doctor is not even at fault.  However, the insurance company usually settles to avoid paying legal fees as well as the off chance that the jury improperly awards the case to the plaintiff.  Let us face it.  Paying ten-thousand for sure appears better than possibly paying ten-million.  So the lawyer gets forty percent of ten-thousand, four thousand for simply threatening to sue.

When it happens in small numbers, it isn’t any big thing.  However, there are lawyers that make their fortunes making such lawsuits, even though they know that they would lose the suit should it go to trial.  So you and I pay no-good-bums to sue good doctors without good cause.

If the lawsuits were not permitted, thousands of lawyers would have to find another line of work and the price of healthcare would plummet.

Unfortunately, that is not all of it.  Everyone knows about defensive medicine.  There are many doctors that order tests that serve no purpose other than to keep out of court.

Then there are the medicines.  A pharmacology company spends money and years to come up with a new drug that serves a very important purpose.  Then, after all the testing and all, they finally release the drug so that they can start realizing a profit.  Then, one week later, some lawyer takes the company to court in hopes of getting a big settlement out of it.

It happens all the time.  One day I hear of a new drug that really helps and within a week, the advertisement comes on TV, “If you took (whatever the drug is) and suffered (whatever the problem is) then contact (whoever the lawyer is) and we will make you a millionaire.  (And, by the way, we will become a billionaire.  And, by the way, we will drive the cost of meds up roughly thirty to forty percent.)

Lest you get the wrong idea, I am not advocating completely taking the lawyers out of medicine.  It would be a horrible idea.  However, we really need to take a long hard look at our tort system.  Indeed, it would be a good idea to look at it in general, not just the world of medicine.  Everything we buy includes legal fees.  Worse, there are some products that never make it to the market because of lawyers.

My suggestion is that the lawyers should be held to a higher standard.  I don’t know how it would be, but lawyers who do such things should have their licenses pulled and they should be fined.  If we could figure out a way to do it, the cost of medicine, as well as other things, would immediately drop.  Not only that; I wouldn’t have to listen to those ridiculous commercials.  TV and radio would have to find a replacement for their programming.

Unfortunately, I don’t hold out much hope for anything to be done.  The lawyers make the laws.  They benefit from them.  I doubt that they will do anything that will decrease their fortunes.

Public Schools

When our forefathers set up our government, they did a wonderful job.  There are a few suggestions I have for a change to the constitution, but by and large, they did a much better job than I ever would.  It would stand to reason they had a good look at what they didn’t want.

Unfortunately, I do believe they overlooked one major thing.  I can understand it.  It could not have been foreseen in the day.  The hitch is that now it is very likely too late.  It would seem that the federal government has crept into our education system.

They gave us the first amendment to keep the government out of publishing papers.  However, when the government controls what is taught in our schools and colleges, it really amounts to the same thing.  Our education system is horrible at teaching as compared to most developed nations.  On the other hand, it is very good at indoctrinating.  Worse yet, they are bound and determined to prevent private schools wherever possible.

The instant that anyone brings up the possibility of a penny going to a private school, it is about the same sound as when I accidentally step on my dog’s tail.  They don’t even want any money paid toward such private schools being tax deductible.  As such, people who do send their children to private schools end up paying twice.

Certainly, there are two reasons they don’t want private schools to thrive.  Already, statistics show that kids who go to private schools, or those that are homeschooled, do so much far better.  Their academic measures are better in every way.  Also, they are generally better citizens.

To add to the indictment of the public schools, the private schools provide the better education at about half the costs.  Certainly, the NEA does not want that getting around.

If students that normally do poorly were to be put into private schools and they suddenly started doing well, it would really give the public schools a black eye.  They certainly would not want that.

Worse yet, they would never get a chance to indoctrinate any student permitted to go to private school.  It would take them out of the reach of the NEA and the government.  Now you know why the government wants your children in their schools.  And woe to the parent who complains about them being indoctrinated.  And woe to anyone who complains about the public system.

Lower the Ocean

`It would seem we are in dire danger of flooding as the result of the ocean overflowing its shorelines.  Okay.  Let us assume this is true.  If so, it is very important for us to do all we can to prevent it, or at least slow it down.  I have two suggestions on how we can do it.

Firsts, for years we have been filling in large areas of the ocean.  Look at all they did at Dubi where they made the big artificial islands.  Parts of The San Francisco are landfills too.  We need to reverse this.  We can dig out the earth from below the oceans and haul it up onto the land.  The ocean waters will fill it in and, at the same time, it will raise the level of the land.

Second, we can pump ocean water up onto the land.  From what I understand, The Dead Sea is shrinking.  Also, the Salton Sea in southern California is shrinking too.  We could pump a gallon or two into these two places and it would improve both places.  I’m sure there are a few other places where we can put a few gallons without disturbing the ecology.  In fact, it might even improve the ecology.  Can you imagine someone fishing in the middle of the Saudi Desert… or maybe the Sahara for that matter.

By the way, if we pump enough ocean water into the desert, they might be able to make a big tourist area.  That way, when the Saudis run out of Oil, they charge fees for us to visit their desert riviera.  Can you imagine boating across the Sahra?  Or if they dug a few canals, they could use them for shipping.

Then again, if we solve the problem, those worshiping climate change would lose one of their alarms.  Then again, maybe not.  They just might start complaining that the oceans levels are falling.

Why Does Everyone Compare People to Hitler?

It seems these days, every time I turn around, someone is comparing someone to Hitler.  It is as if Hitler was the worst man that ever lived.  Actually, hardly thinking, I can think of at least three men worse than Hitler.  By the way, they were all communists: Lenin, Stalin and Mao Tse-tung.  Each of them killed far more than Hitler.

I’m not trying to say that Hitler is any less a villain, but it would seem that the communist leaders are immune to being used for comparisons.

So when people try to compare President Trump to Hitler, it is nice to know they don’t want to compare him to the worst of the worst.

Nonetheless, they are showing their ignorance.  Hitler was trying to gain utter control of all the world.  President Trump is trying to return fredoms that the socialists are trying to take from us.  President Trump is trying to counter the efforts of the globalists that would like to put the whole world under the terror of one world government.

Actually, I don’t think it is ignorance at all.  Those pushing socialism know exactly what they are trying to do; seek power.  They want to control all we do and all we think. Then, President Trump had the audacity and the courage of getting in their way.

Two Pieces of Advice for Hillary

I’m not a lawyer.  I have no college degree.  Hillary must have a law degree.  After all, she did practice law for a while.  Yet, I do believe that I can give her two little pieces of advice that any first-year law student could give her.

  1. Get a lawyer; a good one.
  2. Shut her big mouth. If she upsets the attorney general, he just might toss her in prison, which is where she and her husband belong.

Then too, she and bill just might be able to share a prison cell.  I’m not sure.  As I said, I have no college degree, but that just might be a punishment worse than death… for both of them.  The Supreme Court might consider it cruel or unusual.

Worth repeating

Post 9/11, we need to know who enters OUR country.  Rona McDaniel said something to this effect.  I don’t know if it is an exact quote but it is something well worth repeating.  However, some of those dummycrats haven’t a clue.  Others don’t care.  It is sort of like the character that said that we have two problems in this country, ignorance and indefference.  I suspect that he had the dummycrats in mind.

Then again, there are those who know and do care.  They are willing to ignore it in hopes of acquiring power.  Almost all dictators of the twentieth and twenty-first century have relied on socialism to obtain their control of civilization.  The rest were mostly religeous fanatics such as Muslims.

So far, I haven’t noticed any true Christian that offered anything but feedom.  By the way, that does not include the Catholics, Seventh Day Adventests and such.  We do know they they do not truely preach freedom or Christianity.  They only teach their religeon.

BUILD THE WALL!!!

The Barr Report

Those who have read any of my books will tell you I use my imagination.  Well, let me use a lot of imagination as I ask you a rhetorical question.  By the way, given the nature of the question, it will likely take a lot of imagination on your part too.

Imagine you go into work as you usually do.  Then, a little after lunch you get called in to see the boss.  He hands you a check and tells you that your services are no longer needed.

Most of us would be struck by the remark and right away, you would likely ask why.  It would stand to reason.  Most of us would want a reason.  Then he says, “I don’t want any child molesters working for me.”

“Impossible,” you say?  To be sure very unlikely, that is assuming you are not guilty.  Yet it would be very possible if it weren’t for one thing,  It is against the law for anyone to repeat anything that is said in a grand jury proceeding.

I am sure there are thousands of people who have served on grand juries and they know exactly what I am talking about.  The first thing I was told when I was selected was that I was not to repeat anything I heard during any of the sessions.  It is standard and one of the reasons is to keep things from happening as I described above.

You see, all sorts of accusations are made during those sessions, many of which are not true.  If someone made an accusation against you during a session, if they were allowed to repeat it, your reputation would be at risk and you might not even know where it came from.  By the way, the grand jury might not even be investigating you.  It might just be an offhand remark made by a witness who doesn’t like you.

It is one of at least three reasons that all proceedings are kept secret.  It protects the innocent person who is accused and others who are not being investigated.  It keeps your boss, your family and friends from being told the lie.  By the way, it even protects you if you are guilty.  Well, that isn’t totally true.  After all, you are innocent until you are convicted.  Nonetheless, I’m sure you get the idea.

I would say that those dummycrats are really stupid to demand the results of the Mueller Report including the minutes of the grand jury.  However, I am sure it is not stupidity.  I am sure they are well aware of the law.  I am sure it is covered during the first month or so of law school.  Therefore, I have to assume they want AG Barr to break the law.  Moreover, they clearly have no respect for the privacy of others.  They have no problems causing innocent people problems, embarrassment, or maybe even their job.  I have to assume it is just because they are dumb…and maybe a bit thoughtless as well.

Incidentally, even though most reporters are aware of the law, it would appear that few understand why.  I can sort of understand that.  Before I was selected for the grand jury, I didn’t know anything about it.  For that matter, I didn’t know what grand juries do.  Still, you would think professional reporters would take a few minutes to educate themselves.

It is true that the information can be made public by a judge, it is still a bad idea.  It sort of defeats the purposes of the law.
