Grabbing Anchors

About one month out of the election, McAuliffe realized he was quickly sinking. So he panicked. He realized he just inserted his foot in his mouth so he started asking for help. So though people did throw him flotation devices, he chose to grab onto the boat anchors: you know, Biden, Kamala Harris, Obama. I’m sure you can name a few more.

Then when he realized they weren’t working, he grabbed onto the big ship anchor, Randi Weingarten.

The one question I have is just how McAuliffe did as well as he did? Oh, yes. It’s all those FOCs spilling out of D.C. and into northern Virginia. Somehow, we really should do something about that.

Some Folks Just Can’t Stand Reality

At the time I am writing this, the people of Virginia just chose a republican governor and the New Jersey people are on the verge of doing the same. That has to be a real jolt of reality for those FOC types. In fact, some of them got hit so hard that they are telling themselves real whoppers. (That mean a big lie for those unaware.)

They are telling themselves that the reason they lost Virginia was because there were a bunch of parents claiming that they were teaching CRT. Some say they are not doing any such thing. Some say they are saying that just to win the election.

Right now, the truth is that they have just found out what happens when a little bit of the truth gets out. Regardless of anything else, I heard McAuliffe with my own ears tell one and all that the parents have no business telling the schools what to teach; this while permitting the teacher’s unions to dictate what will be taught and how it is taught. Considering that the unions like teaching CRT (or the same thing by another name), I think the FOCs have only seen the first volley of this battle if they don’t get smart.

Then again, who really expects the FOCs to suddenly get smart. That is just not going to happen. As I said, they just can’t stand reality.

Shakespeare Said it Best.

A rose is a rose is a rose no matter what it is called, said the bard and, of that is true.

CRT is CRT is CRT no matter what you call it and should be outlawed in every school in every city in every state, even if it called something else!

CRT. The New Political Weapon to Use Against FOCs

CRT, regardless of the name you give it, is the the teaching of racism.

Dems are in favor of teaching CRT (Critical Race Theory)

Therefore, dems, which I also call Friends Of Criminals, are in favor of teaching racism.

Hence, FOCs are in favor of racism.

When a conservative republican uses this weapon, he stands a greater chance of winning; he exposes CRT for what it is; and he encourages everyone to back away from the evil teaching of CRT as well other such subjects.

By the way, it will help expose the dems for what they are, heartless power hungry, criminal lovers.

Incidentally, why isn’t Fauci in prison, if nothing else, for the way he treats beagles?

The Cost

Biden and his FOCs would have us believe that his 3.5 trillion dollar bill will be free. He says it will be paid for by the increase in taxes for the rich.

Let’s take just a little closer look at it.

First, we will pay with higher prices at the store: the rich will want their profit. Second, we will pay for it in higher utilities. Third, we will pay for it any time we buy a car: automobiles are made by rich people who want to make money. Fourth, we will pay for it in taxes. Income taxes are not the only taxes, you know.

Finally, we will pay for it in interest rates. The rich will not pay 3.5 trillion in taxes. They might pay two trillion. However, you can bet that even now the rich have lawyers figuring ways around paying the taxes. Hence, it will leave a big debt which the middle class will pay for… again.

Oh, by the way, you can also be sure that the rich have their bribers (AKA lobbyists) at work telling the congress what loopholes they want in the law. I assure you, the rich will not pay for it. The middle class will… in one way or the other.

The truth is that they want the bill for two reasons. It will provide income for their special constituents and it will provide power for them. Also, rule number one about finance, any time someone buys something, someone has to pay. If you get something free, someone has paid for it.

Money, Money, Money

Here we go again… authorizing congress to spend more money, which we don’t have.

Okay. If that is really the way you want it. Fine. I likely won’t have to stick around and help pay it off. If I am here another five years, it will surprise me.

However, as you give the authorization away to spend money and tax us, you are also giving them the ability to control us. In a short time, they will. I just hope I don’t live to see that day.

Our forefathers fought to secure the most precious gift they could pass down to us, FREEDOM. Now, without a second thought, we just give it away. Most likely, it will not ever be retrieved. Then, instead of doing what we want, we will do as we are told. Those who have the nerve to question will be imprisoned or killed.

Just remember. This is not one of those mistakes that you can fix with an eraser. There is no way to remove it with a backspace key. It is more permanent than ink. When you see that what I say is true, it will already be too late, if it is not already past the point no return.

Something You Won’t Find

Here lately, we have seen boys/men competing with girls/women athletics. As strange as it might seem, there are some who consider this normal.

So, I decided to turn things around. Though it is rare, there are girls on boys’ little league teams. Oddly, we have even seen a woman trying out for an NFL team… as a kicker. I guess women are just as smart as men, but I don’t think that woman was so smart. If she got hit just one time by a man weighing 250-280 pounds running full speed, she would quickly change her mind, should she live through it.

There is, however, one thing you will never, never, ever see — a woman trying to compete with men in weight lifting. It is just casual to the most obvious observer that it is wrong. Now on the other hand, men competing with women? It’s already been done, though, in truth, one is just as dumb as the other.

Remembering

You Forgot to Remember

Some of you might not yet know that I have an interest in old songs.  Something happened that reminded me of an old song.  I had almost forgotten it, oddly, because the main line in the song is:

You promised to forget me not, but you forgot to remember.

The song was very popular and I have no idea who first recorded it.  Both Frank Sinatra and Dinah Shore had recordings and likely half a dozen more had successful recordings.

Its words do suggest a twist, so to speak.  Nonetheless, it has happened to me a few times.  I have promised to do something, only to forget to remember.  Then too, how about all the friends I used to know who have become faint memories.

Sometimes, I think about looking them up, but I can’t remember their last names.  I only called them by their first names.  Besides, at 72, I don’t remember so well and I had a bad memory for names in the first place.

I thought over the song and figured we have many reasons why we forget things.

First, memories fade.  To some degree, this is a good thing.  Many bad things happen to us and the memory fading does help us cope with them in the end.  Though, it does not always work that way.  My mother died when I was five and I remember every detail as if it were yesterday.  Oddly, it does cause me more grief today than then.  I won’t try to figure it out, other than it is something of a comfort to me too.

Second, memories that are handed down from one generation to the next are rarely incompletely passed along.  In the case of Israel, one generation would learn to obey the God.  Then the next generation would forget him and practice the exact things God told them not to.

Today, nations build statues and memorials.  Whenever I see a statue of someone, it reminds me of what the person did and just why I should remember him.  We also have memorials for WWII and Vietnam War.  Some of us remember.  Some don’t.  Some would prefer to forget the Vietnam War.  They consider it a dark part of our history.

Then again, I got to thinking of the Trade Towers.  It has been but 20 years and already people are forgetting.  They forget the way people jumped, knowing it was a choice of dying by fire or by the fall.  Most preferred the fall.  Each time a person hit the ground it made a distinct thud.

It is as I said, the memories do fade.  Then too it has been a generation.  The history teachers likely spend no more than a day or two about it.  The younger people don’t realize the full scale of what happened and the whys and wherefores.

Even for those who see the memorial, it does not set in the mind the way the actual experience does.  For those who don’t see the memorial, it is even easier to forget.

On the day of the event and for many days after, many promised to forget it not.  The problem is that they forgot to remember.

A few days ago we pulled out of Afghanistan.  Very few even know why we went in there.  Regardless, it was long ago.  Why should we be bothered with it today?

Let me tell you a little story and it just might suggest why we should remember.

In 1968 I graduated boot camp at MCRD San Diego.  Eventually, I was given orders to go to NAS Memphis.  On arrival at LAX, I checked my baggage and went straight back to the gate.  No one asked me for a ticket.  No one cared.  If I had wanted I could have gone to the gate without any need to travel.

You can’t do that today.  You have to show your boarding pass and ID to get to the gate, and by the way, you must also submit to a complete search.

Some say we have stopped terrorism, but we haven’t.  They have succeeded at their goal.  They have disrupted our way of living.  They have all but destroyed our way of life.

So now, my family cannot see me off or meet me at the gate and I can’t take my fingernail clippers along with me.

We need to remember.  We must not forget to remember.  If nothing else, maybe that extra line at the airport will help remind us each time we take a plane.

If I Were a Racist

If I were a racist there are a number of things I would do or not do.

For instance, I would do all I could to make sure that 3 out of 4 black babies were killed before they are born.

Oh!. Let’s see. The dems do that. It is called Planned Parenthood and 86% of their locations are in Black neighborhoods. Moreover three out of four of their abortions are performed on Black women. Moreover, no one dare try to talk any woman, black or white out of and abortion or they will have the law you before you can spell Oliver Wendel Holmes. Just FYI: Planned Parenthood was started by a racist, Margaret Sanger, who had hopes of eliminating the Black race in the US as well as a few other countries. Apparently, her dreams fit right in with the FOC.

For instance, if I were a racist, I would see to it that the Black children did not learn how to read and write.

There is nothing better at controlling a people than keeping them illiterate. The dems love to keep Black kids illiterate. The thought of letting them into private schools causes their blood to boil. If you don’t believe me, just mention school choice around someone in the National Education Association. They will blister your ears with reasons to keep kids out of private schools…especially the ones they have their children in.

For instance, if I were racist, I would want to keep Black people in the downtown area, the slums, the projects.

Now let’s see. President Trump did more to help the Black wager earner than any of the dem presidents. For this he was called racist by the dems. Moreover, he did more to help their education and decrease the crime… everywhere. Guess who that helps… the black neighborhoods, the slums and the projects.

For instance If I were a racist, I would encourage riots in urban areas, where many Black people live. This would help my effort in two ways. First, it would drive businesses out of the areas, many of which are owned by Black people. Second, it would make it far more difficult for those unable to leave the area. It also makes it difficult for the kids remaining to get good jobs.

Now let’s see. Do I really need to expand on this. Have we not all seen what has happened in the FOC run cities? Have we not seen the riots and fires? Does anyone realize what this does to real estate values. Think about it, really. The urban values go down and the suburban values go up. Let’s face it, everyone likes to have their home in a safe area. So the businesses shut down and those who can afford it move out of town to places the FOCs don’t control.

For instance, if I were a racist, I would want my schools to teach racism in schools, as the FOCs do.

So if you really think about it, while the FOCs are so quick to yell racist, they really ought to look in the mirror. It is also a pretty good indicator. If someone calls me a racist, it means they have nothing bad to say about me. They are simply using the attack of last resort. Anyone can call anyone a racist… this without an ounce of proof.

For you I have presented proof. The FOCs are the real racist. Truth be told, we all know it. Just is most are afraid to say it.

Justice Delayed (The old axiom)

Justice delayed is justice denied. I tried to find out who originally said it but I failed. Whoever was the first one who said it, he was far before my time so I guess he won’t mind if I use the quote, as have many others. Martin Luther King paraphrased the quote and no one called him out for it.

At any rate, it is quite obvious that it is true in many ways. For the victim, time aids the perpetrator avoid prosecution. Old memories fail, documents are lost and, of course, witnesses die. For the accused, if he is innocent, he may spend months or even years in jail while no evidence is ever presented against him. Then too, of course, he can suffer the same problems as the prosecution. After all, if he loses evidence or witnesses, his justice has also been denied.

After President Kennedy was killed, they had a brief investigation. Then they sealed it for fifty years. The reason they gave was that after 50 years, most of those involved would be dead. I was a teen at the time, in high school. I didn’t understand the decision then and I understand it less now.

In my mind, if Kennedy was not killed by Oswald, then Kennedy and his family had been denied justice. By the way, Oswald too was denied justice. By sealing the investigation, they insured that that, if justice was not done, justice never would be done.

It goes beyond that. It has caused rumors and speculations of rumors. The one thing that bothers me the most is one question. “What did they know that they did not want us to know?”

I am not one of those deniers. I suspect that Oswald was the one who pulled the trigger that fateful day. He might have even pulled it twice…. Three times, I start getting a little suspicious. I am not one who is ignorant of guns. In the Marines, I qualified with an M-14, an M-16 and a .45 cal pistol. I have fired an M-60 machine gun, an M-79 grenade launcher and one of those stove pipe things they use for killing tanks. Oh, I can’t forget, I also fired a shotgun a number of times.

I also realize that a person can fire a bolt action rifle fairly rapidly, if he is well practiced. I have neither seen nor heard that Oswald was well practiced. Moreover, as a marine, if he had his choice of weapons, he would not have used a bolt action rifle. If accuracy were so important, maybe, but marines qualify at 500 meters with semi-automatic rifles regularly…without scopes. From what I understand, the range was nowhere near that far. Any decent semi-automatic 30-06 rifle would have worked, though the scope would have been a little bit of a benefit.

The big advantage of a semi-automatic is that, in the same time, Oswald might have killed 5 or 6 in about the same time. He would have never had to take his finger off the trigger nor would he have spent as much time taking aim. Sorry about those who want to stick to the report. I don’t buy it.

Something else that bothers me. When I was going through boot camp, something that was drummed into our heads from day one to the day I graduated, plan ahead. That means one of two things happened. Either Oswald ignored all boot camp training on the matter or he made plans that did not work out. I prefer to believe the later.

Indeed, I would suspect any investigator with his eyes wide open would realize Oswald had a plan that went bad. Taking off by foot indicates panic, not planning. My guess is that someone was supposed to be waiting for him as he left the building. The two of them were to take off and get lost in traffic. His cohort panicked and left him behind. On the other hand, the man, the planner behind the whole thing, planned to leave him behind. That would suggest that there was indeed a planner, something that the Warren Commission refused to admit, in spite of all the evidence suggesting it.

If no one was helping him, where was that getaway motorcycle he left behind, or at least a bicycle. To this day, I have never heard anyone suggest any escape plan. For that reason alone, I simply don’t believe the Warren Commission.

I could go on but it is not my point in this post. It is a mere example of how the axiom is so true. Certainly, because of the Warren Commission’s decision to seal the investigation, it only causes suspicions to simmer. To make matters worse, it has been over 50 years and there are still things they are keeping under wraps. What is it that they don’t want known? What piece of justice are they denying to Kennedy, Oswald and to us?

Nonetheless, it has become a practice to withhold justice for a time, hoping that no one will notice. They keep saying there was no fraud in the 2020 election all the while refusing to investigate it. If they can stall us for a few years, it will destroy any evidence. Then, they can truthfully say there is no evidence of fraud.

They keep people locked up for the so called insurrection and they deny them a trial. I suspect some have never been able to enter a plea. And, forget any evidence that might clear them. It’s been six months. They have had plenty of time to hide and/or doctor any such thing.

Now, they have a new way to deny justice. You say something they don’t like and you get fired from your job. If your employee does not fire you, then they go after your employee. There is no justice. There is no court. If there were a court it would be as in the old movies. “Don’t worry. We will do it right. First we will try and convict you.” A kangaroo court would have more justice.

They wrote The Constitution to protect us from the government. They never figured they needed to protect us from the cancel culture.

And so it is, we have to watch what we do, what we say, what we think…not because of that the government might do to us, but out neighbors. Orwell was afraid of government becoming big brother. Well, big brother is here. And now, big brother gives orders to the government. And, of course, there is no justice at all. What passes for justice comes from social media.

What we call social media is really oppressive media and they do as the Nazis did prior to WWII.  They shame anyone who does not think as they think and they destroy them in the public square which they call social media.
