I Am Not a Prophet

After this last election, I wish I could go to God and ask him why he permitted the election of that airhead. I cannot understand why he allowed those extreme socialists into our Senate. He does not answer to me and He owes me no explanations.

Somehow, I cannot imagine myself approaching his thrown and demanding a reason.

Still, if he were so inclined, I would like it if he maybe gave me a hint or two as to what he has in mind. It does sort of seem contrary to what he would want. He has turned the presidency, the House and the Senate over to a bunch of atheists. In their last “prayer” that I heard in the house, it was addressed to, basically, whomever it may concern. Then it was ended with awomen. My spell checker flagged that word. There is a wavy red line under it. The reason it did is because there is no such word and I refuse to add it to my dictionary. The man that said it was simply revealing his ignorance. The word “amen,” has no reference to gender, male or female.

If he had a true high school education, he should have realized that. At or about the fifth grade, I noticed that the word seemed to be used a lot. So I asked about it. I was told that it was simply a way of confirming any prior words. In essence, it is nearly the same as saying, please let it be so.

So, this is now what we will have running our government for at least the next 2 years and I haven’t a clue as to His purpose. However, I can guess. If any or all these guesses are wrong, maybe God will let me know.

On the other hand, no matter who sits in the oval office, God is still in control. It leads me to my first guess. Maybe God is sending them a message. “You think you are in control. Guess what!”

As I look around, I must admit that he has many reasons to let our country just collapse as punishment for leaving him out of our schools… and our lives. Of course, He can just pronounce the sentence and it would done in the blink of an eye. However, I have found He likes to just let things take their natural course. He turns the reins over to the democrats for a decade or two and the US would become a third world country, or worse.

That brings me to the next reason. Maybe He wants us to realize the disasters of socialism. After we live in a communist country for a decade or so, we just might realize the error of our ways. The problem is, will it then be too late. Once communism has its grip on a country, it seldom lets go.

One thought is almost humorous, if not so serious. President Trump now knows who his enemies are and who his friends are. It has become plain. It is not that he made them his enemies but rather they have chosen to abandon him. Also, if we who keep our eyes open we will know the enemies of our country. There are many who call themselves republicans who are trading our inheritance in for a bowl of soup. We now know who they are. Hopefully, we will weed them out and replace them with men and women of real courage and conviction.

As I said, I am not a prophet. Nothing I have written here is directly from The LORD. Still, my best guess, I suspect the US has seen the last of her glory days. I think God has lost His patience with us. He has given us his blessings and we have shown Him our backs. How can we expect that he would continue to bless those who have forgotten Him. We are literally giving Him a bad reputation before the rest of the world. He is unable to point to us as an example of God fearing people.

READ!!

I have written on reading before. However, it is important enough that it that should be revisited often.

First, schools do not always teach people how to read. Moreover, whenever possible, parents should teach their children starting at 4 or maybe 3. It will give your child a great head-start in school. Moreover, if your child can read when he enters school, it will improve his grades in other subjects as well.

Reading books will greatly increase his vocabulary and understanding of the world around him. This is true for reading for entertainment as well as learning.

Moreover, encourage your child to read every day. A little reading each day will improve the speed at which he reads. More important, it helps to develop that part of the brain used for reading. It is, so to speak, the way with all exercise. That which is exercised is developed. Therefore, the skills exercised and practiced early in life are better developed.

I read rather slow. At one time I got up to 300 words per minute. I am likely somewhat slower now, though it is subject dependent. When the subject is electronics of computers, I tend to go nearly twice as fast. I suspect it has to do with my interest.

Secondly, have your child read the Bible. As mentioned, I am a slow reader. Yet, I decided I would read two chapters a day. Some chapters were a lot longer; some shorter. Yet, by maintaining my discipline, I finished it all. Then I started all over again. I have read the Bible from cover to cover eight times at least. Some parts, of course more.

One important thing, as a result, when someone incorrectly quotes the Bible to me, I know it right away. No one needs to tell me. Oddly, there are many people going around incorrectly quoting the Bible. Many of them call themselves reverend. Many would like me to believe they are preachers of God’s Word. Knowing the Bible as I do, I generally realize their errors immediately. Even if I don’t, I generally have a strong suspicion. It only takes me a short time to confirm the suspicions or discount them.

Of all the things the Bible speaks of, the one most important thing is salvation, that is, how to make sure you will go to heaven. For those unaware, it has nothing to with all the good works you do. Indeed, there will be many “good men” who will spend eternity in hell. If you don’t believe me, read the Bible. Please don’t take my word for it. (By the way, the Bible is clear about it. If you are going to heaven you will know. If you don’t know, you really need to read the bible.)

It is one of the hardest things I have to deal with. I meet people who are very fine people. They are kind and do may wonderful things. Yet, on the cross, Jesus promised the thief that he would be with Him in paradise. Please tell me what good that thief did. What fortune did he give to the poor. He had nothing to give. He simply asked Jesus to remember him. It was a simple thing but so important. The thief realized his hopeless situation. He confessed his horrible person he was. Finally, he realized Jesus’ power to save and placed his faith in Him, both his power and his promise. (He believed. Therefore, Jesus saved him.)

It is the same way for all of us. There is only little variation. It is only when we realize the hopelessness of our situation; we confess and turn from the bad we have done; then we totally trust Jesus. When we try to trust in what we do or say, it says that we lack faith in Jesus’ power and or willingness to save us. If Jesus can’t or won’t save us, I assure, we cannot save ourselves.

You disagree with me? Read the Bible. Please read it for yourself. Don’t take my word for it. It is the primary reason I suggest you teach your child to read. If he reads the Bible, he will be less likely to be mislead by false teachers. In fact, most false religions will discourage you from reading the Bible. Martin Luther read the Bible and discovered that the Catholic Church had been misleading people for centuries. By the way, they also discouraged people from reading the Bible. They said, “We will read it and interpret it for you. You don’t have the understanding.”

My suggestion is simple. Read the Bible often and ask God to provide understanding. He can do it. He has written it so all can read it, not just the elite. I assure you, Satan does not want you to read the Bible. One of his biggest weapons in deceiving man is to keep everyone ignorant.

Another reason to read is to keep men from deceiving you about: history, government, economics, and basic law. To be sure, we do have to rely on lawyers, but there are some basic things we need to know for ourselves. It may keep us out of jail and it might keep others from defrauding us.

Certainly one of the primary reasons to become a good reader is to help us in our line of work. Certainly lawyers and doctors need to read. The worlds of medicine and law are changing daily. That case the lawyer takes on today just might drastically change in one or two days.

If a doctor were to stop reading, within ten years, he will likely be twenty years behind the state-of-the-art practice. There was a time a man could become a shade tree mechanic and support a family of 6 or 7 until he retired. However, cars now have computers. It has completely changed the world for mechanics.

Moreover, every year or two, they change the design of cars. A mechanic who can’t read is at big disadvantage.

Then too, there is reading for enjoyment. I read “Assignment in Brittany.” I liked it so much I read it two more times. Then I saw the movie that was based on the book. What a let down that was. Movies can be entertaining, but to really enjoy the plot, you need a good book. I suppose it is possible that they could have made the movie of “Assignment in Brittany” nearly as good as the book, but it would have had to be about 12 hours long. How many people do you know willing to sit through a 12 hour movie? Those making the movie simply didn’t have the time to let the story develop as in the book.

One more small thing. There are many more books to chose from than movies.

Purgatory

Today, I received a pamphlet in the mail from Catholics. I do not know if it was a church or just an organization. Nonetheless, I noticed that the pamphlet had a paragraph on purgatory. It surprised me because I thought they gave up on that hoax. The scam had been uncovered ever since Bibles were readily available and people could read the scripture for themselves.

Nonetheless, this is the hoax. When a person dies, they go to purgatory during which time they pay for all the wrong they did. If someone, usually a relative provided things of value to the church, then it could be used to lessen the time the person spends in purgatory. Hence, wealth was used to help relatives into heaven.

There is one thing that the wealth accomplishes to this day. It makes the Catholic church rich. It was the whole purpose of the hoax. The Catholic church needed money. So, one of the clerics came up with this idea.

Firstly, there was no talk of purgatory until centuries after Jesus’ resurrection.

Second, if you have a word processor and you were to load the entire Bible into it; then did a word search on purgatory, you would not find it. It is not there. There is nothing there that resembles it. Certainly, Jesus did not use the term. He used the term hell and He used the term Heaven. On at least one occasion, He used the term paradise, but not purgatory. If there were such a place, don’t you think He would have said something about it?

Third, Jesus made it quite clear. There are those who will go to heaven and there are those who will go to hell. There was no mention of purgatory.

Finally, a word about wealth. No one, but no one can purchase salvation. If there was a purgatory, God would not want anyone’s wealth. If God wanted it, he could make more wealth than what is on earth. However, wealth serves Him no purpose. For what is He going to use it?

Moreover, if you stack all your good works on top of each other, it would not begin to reach to heaven for just one person. God is not impressed by anything you do in your pride. The only thing he respects are the things you do in the name of Jesus. That which is done without faith in Jesus is as filthy rags.

It is one of the biggest lies that Satan teaches, that we can impress God with what we do with our hands or what we give him without faith. Certainly faith in the Catholic church will gain you nothing. On the contrary. In God’s eyes it is idolatry. God’s word should be the foundation for our faith, not some edict from Rome.

Abortion on Demand

Boy, have I gotten an education. I used to think that elections are about this. I used to think elections are about that. Now I know better. You listen to those dummycrats and they will school you too.

It is all about abortion. Not only that, they want abortion all the way up to the point of delivery and a tad beyond. And, oh, yes. They want you and I to pay for it, no matter how detestable we find it. In fact, they especially like to have Christians pay for it.

Sorry. I don’t understand it. No matter how you coat it, it’s wrong. It is murder. The fact that they are taking an innocent life is just an inconvenient fact that they don’t want to face. It is the number one consideration for them, even for some people who call themselves Christian.

If I try to speak to someone on the subject they either yell or put their fingers in their ears. They don’t want to hear about it. As it says in the first chapter of John, when they see the Light they prefer the dark. When they hear the truth, they prefer the lie. It is more convenient.

The Dark

One day, I was walking through our offices at work and someone turned the lights out. A woman, joking, said, “Don’t do that. I’m afraid of the dark.”

I quipped back, “No need to fear the dark. It won’t hurt you. It’s all those terrible monsters that lurk in the dark that should concern you.”

Indignantly, she called back, “Same thing.”

Maybe she had a point. Nonetheless, in the days before electricity man had to spend a lot of time in the dark. Before fire, of course, it was even worse. Can you imagine spending roughly half of each day in the dark? It sort of makes a person appreciate a full moon.

It is no wonder that the Bible uses the dark many times in metaphors. In Psalms 119:105, it says, “Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.” KJV The psalmist is saying that God’s Word allows us to see things that the dark hides from us.

The world would like to keep us in the dark. God would like to bring light to us, which allows us to make our decisions in, so to speak, a better light. God wants us to be aware of the monsters that lurk in the dark. Moreover, he wants to guide our footsteps so that we don’t stumble. Then, of course, when we do stumble, he picks us up and puts us back on our feet.

Whenever I read the verse, I wonder just why a person would reject the light of the living God and prefer to stumble through the darkness. It boggles my mind. Yet, guess what, I do it daily. Every time I sin it is because I ignore the light and prefer the darkness. I don’t understand that.

However, the scriptures speak of another Light. In the first chapter of John, the Bible calls the Light the “Word.” If you take the time to read the fist two chapters of John, you will see that he is speaking of Jesus, both as the Word and as the Light. To be sure, He is both. He allows us to see things that the dark (Satan, the evil one) would like to hide from us.

Since my early 20’s, I have learned to totally enjoy the first three chapters of John. First, I learned to like the first chapter. Later, I learned that all three of the first chapters are very important to know Jesus, Who He is, and what He did for us. I have read the whole Bible at least 8 times but I have read these chapters more times than I can count. Yet, it seems that each time I learn a little more.

You see, one of the really important things the Bible does for us is to give us light. Without it, we would all be in the dark. We all know what that means, but not nearly as well as those who had to rely on fire for their light. Next time you want to understand dark, go in a room and pull all the curtains. Then, turn out the lights. You see, dark is what happens when there is no light. Evil is what happens without the Word of God.

In the past 5 or 6 decades, people have been trying to remove God from our society. So. It is basic logic. Remove the Light and only the dark remains. And, one thing I have learned over the years from experience, evil loves the dark.

Communism hates the light. Communists hate Jesus… and the Bible.

Methods of Control, 1

I don’t know how many are aware of it, but during the days before the Civil War, teaching an African American how to read and write was against the law throughout the south.  When I was a young man, it was common knowledge.  The way they teach history these days, it might not be so well known.

The reason was quite simple.  If a man knows how to read and write, it is more difficult to control him.  To extend the concept, by controlling education they can control people.

It was also the way that the Catholic Church controlled most of the people of Europe.  From the time Rome fell until the invention of the printing press, those who ran the church claimed that it was wrong for the common man to read the Bible.  It was to be done only by the clergy and then they would teach the people.

After the printing press, common people started reading the Bible.  Almost immediately, the people discovered that there was no mention of purgatory in the Bible; it was made up.  Also, they realized it wasn’t the only lie of the Catholic leadership.

I could almost write a book on this subject, alone but that is not my purpose here.  The point is, those in the leadership of the church were intentionally leading the common people astray for power and gold.  Give us your money and we will pray your parents and grandparents out of purgatory.  It worked.  It didn’t help the relatives but it made the church rich.  If you doubt me, have a look at some of those cathedrals in Europe.

With this in mind, consider why the democrats refuse allow school choice.  It is their method limiting the education of the masses, especially the African-American populace.  The rich go to good schools while the rest make do with the public school system.

In spite of the fact that American schools are the most greatly financed, the students of those schools rate 20 in worldwide standings.

Let’s change things, especially for the Black populace.  Why not, for a few years anyway, pay to put 5% poor African-American students into private schools and look at the results.  Then again, maybe the democrats would not like to see the results.  It would expose the public schools for what they are, a method to maintain their control over the people, especially the African-Americans.

Blind, Sort of

My wife and I went to dinner with my son and his wife.  I took out my glasses, which were the expensive type.  The lenses were progressive.  The more I tilted my head back, the greater was the magnification.  Today, I’ve given up on them.  My eyes have degraded to the point they don’t help much.

At any rate, I took one look at the menu and got quite a fright.  I said aloud that there must be something wrong with my eyes.  I couldn’t read the menu.

My son laughed and said, “You’re missing one of your lenses.”

Okay.  That was a relief.  Sure enough, when I removed my glasses and inspected them, it was easy to see that one of the lenses was missing.  Fortunately, it had fallen out while the glasses were in my glasses case.  When I shook it a few times, the lens fell out.  With a little effort, I persuaded the lens to take its place and I was able to easily read the menu.

In the third chapter of John, Jesus said, “Unless a man be born again, he shall not see the Kingdom of God.”

Today, we don’t give the statement its proper respect.  We hear a person is a born again Christian and we pay it little attention.  However, we should realize the situation for Nicodemus, the man to whom Jesus was talking.  He had never heard the expression before and he was genuinely confused.

With the one statement, Jesus had managed to accomplish three things, that is besides the confusion.  First, he stated a fact, one that is just as true today as it was then.  It is just as true for us as it was for Nicodemus.  Unless a man is born of the Holy Spirit, he will not see the Kingdom of God.

Second, he got Nicodemus’s attention.  Sometimes, a little confusion is good.  It piques the curiosity and causes us to pay attention.  To be sure; Jesus had Nicodemus’s undivided attention.

Third, it challenged Nicodemus’s pride.  Pride is a bad thing.  God hates it especially because it can and frequently does get in the way of our salvation.  Because of pride, we don’t believe we need salvation.  Because of pride we think we can provide for our own salvation.  Because of pride, some people believe they have no need of God.  Jesus was dealing with the pride that separated Nicodemus from salvation, both here and in the following verses.

If I may, I would like to return to Jesus’s first accomplishment, the statement of fact.  With the one statement, Jesus excluded many from The Kingdom of God.  To be sure, most are far too proud to be born again.  Many don’t believe it is needed.  Far too many think of it as optional.  Some even think it is dumb.

Jesus said it is mandatory.  Like it or not, that is the way it is.  God makes the rules.  Jesus, the Son of God made it clear for one and all.  You have choice.  Accept his word and be born of the Spirit or don’t believe, which will result in an eternity Hell.  If you let your pride get in the way, it is not of God’s doings.  It is your own choice.

Finally, as a side note, I would like to relate one more observation.  I have had arguments with people who were not born again, that is people who did not accept Jesus as their Savior.  I could never understand why they could not understand something I could see so clearly.

…and then it hit me.  People who are not born again cannot see anything wrong with abortion because they cannot see the Kingdom of God.  They do not see the unborn child as a life.  As with my loss of a lens, they cannot see God’s Kingdom because God had not given them spiritual vision.  All they see is the worldly view.

Now, you ask, do I see the Kingdom of God?  Well, yes.  However, my spiritual vision is far from 20/20.  To me it is still blurry.  There are still many things in this world I don’t understand.  I can actually make you a list of them.  However, one day I will see them all clearly.  God will give me perfect spiritual vision and I will understand it all.

As for those who aren’t born again, they will understand it all too, but from a different perspective.  At that point, they will have a different attitude of pride.  Unfortunately, it will be too late.  If you have heard this all before, then you are already getting a second chance, or maybe a third.  You haven’t a reason to ask for another chance.  You’ve already had a dozen or so.

One more thing.  Unfortunately, we who are born again must live under laws that are made by people lacking spiritual vision.  It is, of course why millions of children have been slaughtered in the womb.  It is, of course, why none of us is able to get through to those making the laws.  To this, there are two solutions.  Vote Christians into office.  Bring others to Jesus.  Help them see the importance of being born again.  It is not just for them, but for all of us.  It is especially good for those who cannot speak for themselves.

The Inoculations

In these days when we speak of getting a vaccine for the China virus, I am reminded of a time when we had the opportunity to see one of Rev. Billy Graham’s crusades hear in Memphis.  It was during that crusade that my older son gave his life to Christ at 8 years old.

It was at the Liberty Bowl and it was pretty full, despite the threat of bad weather.  Actually, it worked out for the best.  Because of the threat of bad weather, they decided to move it all inside to the nearby sports arena.  Then, the bad weather cleared and it was very pleasant.

So, Rev Graham spoke to a full sports arena.  Then, when done, he came over to the Liberty Bowl.  It was sort of a two for one.  I cannot speak of what the results were in the sports arena, but there were thousands that went forward to the platform they placed out on that football field.

When my son told me he wanted to go, I thought it was just because everyone else was.  After a short talk, I accompanied him down to the field and there, on that day, he was born again.  … and all I thought we were going to do was to see a great man speak.

Now what does that have to do with vaccines?  That night, Rev. Graham compared a vaccine with false religions.  When a person is given a vaccine, he becomes immune to the real thing.  When a person starts believing in a false religion, it will, to some degree, make him immune to the real thing.

In the case of vaccines, of course, that is a good thing.  In the case of false religion, it is a bad thing.  To be sure, it is far easier to lead a person to Christ when he knows nothing about religion.

Hence, one of the Devil’s favorite tricks is to get a person to believe in the false religion – the lie – knowing that it will make it more difficult to get him to believe truth.  That was, more or less what his message was that night.  I guess I can properly add that, once a person believes the truth, it also makes him immune to the lies.

My point is this.  If you have a religion you believe in, you might want to make sure it is the truth.  If it is not the truth, you need to find the truth and soon.

Now the question is, how do you know if you believe in a false religion.  There are three ways.

  1.  Make sure that what you believe can be validated by God’s Word, the Bible.  Many religions will show you the Bible and then set it on the shelf while they teach you from another book.  Moreover, some religions teach from one passage of the Bible and ignore the rest.  If someone tells you something, ask him to show it to you in the Bible.
  2. Fruit inspection.  Matthew 7:16 says that by their fruits you shall know them.  If the religion produces bad fruit, then the religion must be bad.  If the person speaking to you is corrupt, then, very likely what he is teaching is also likely corrupt.
  3. Finally, a person who teaches the truth will point to Jesus Christ, certainly not to himself.  Be suspicious of people who have large followings who don’t teach Christ and the cross.  It is what Paul taught.  It was what Peter taught the day of Pentecost (Acts, the second chapter).  Also, be suspicious when he teaches any of the following:
    a.  baptism or the Lord’s supper is mandatory for salvation.  May I remind you, the thief on the cross had no part in either.  Yet, by Jesus’ own words, we know that he went to heaven.  How much more assurance can a man have this side of death.
    b.  The infallibility of the leader(s).  Not one of us is perfect, not even the Pope.  Moreover, Jesus is the only person who took human form and is worthy of worship.  He is worthy because He is God.
    c.  Beware of those who put a lot of importance on ritual.  Jesus gave us two ordinances, the Lord’s supper and baptism.  They are followed in obedience, not as a requirement.  Yet we are warned to take part in them solemnly.  Baptism is a picture of our death and resurrection after we are saved.  The Lords supper is a picture of Christ dying and giving his life for our salvation.  There are no other rituals for Christians.
    d.  The requirement to give, in some cases, everything to an organizaton is not a biblical command.  Those who gave in the early church gave willingly, not by demand.
    e.  Think twice, or maybe three or four times when a religion teaches that theirs is the only true church.  Jesus is the only way.  He said as much.  However, in Revelation, he had something to say to seven churches, not one.
    f.  Finally, run from any religion that practices polygamy, self-destruction, or killing.

Believe it or not, God did give us a certain amount of common sense.  Real Christianity is common sense.  We sinned, so we earned death.  Jesus died for us so we don’t have to die.  It is a matter of choice.

If you never read another word in the Bible, read John 3:16-18

16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.

You might notice that Jesus was speaking to Nicodemus (a pharisee), but his words are far more inclusive.  Instead of using the word, “you” he use the word “whosoever.”  That even includes you.  It even means me.

All other religions are based on actions.  Christianity is based on faith… faith in Jesus as the Son of God.  You cannot earn salvation.  You cannot even help to earn your salvation.  That would require actions.  What Jesus said in the above verses had nothing to do with anything but faith.

Option(s)

When I go to a doctor and he finds a problem with me, he frequently gives me a list of options for me.  Occasionally, a doctor gives his patient only one option.  Sometimes there is but one treatment for a ailment and there is no alternative, other than to let the illness take its course.

When Jesus prayed in the garden to “…let this cup pass from me.”, He probably already knew the answer.  Yet, for us, He still voiced the prayer.  Also, there was likely a last minute hope.  Let’s face it.  He was facing a terrible ordeal, and that is a gross understatement.

So it was that He went to the cross to pay for our sins.  Don’t you know that if there was another way, God would have answered His prayer and provided another way.  The fact that He went to the cross is proof that there was no other way.

Therefore, if anyone tells you that there are other ways into heaven, you might remind them of this.  Our sickness is sin and the only cure was and is his blood.  There is no other option.  There is no other way.  If there was, it would make His death pointless and it would mean He did it all for nothing.

Moreover, nothing can be added to it.  Nothing can be taken away from it.  Any attempt to add to it, is to imply his death is not enough.  Any attempt to add to it, is to imply that it is possible to add anything to it.

Many say that it is pride to say that I am going to heaven and I know it.  I say that it is a lack of faith for me to say less.  Jesus’s provided my healing and nothing else.  Nothing else will.

[8] For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: [9] Not of works, lest any man should boast.  (Ephesians 2:8-9)

A side note:  It is impossible to earn a gift.  If it is earned, then it is no longer a gift.  Therefore, it is impossible to earn the gift of salvation.  It must be received as a gift through faith.  Any other teaching is deceit.

Remember.  You might not like the rules, but neither do you make them.  There is no way any of us will ever change them.

What’s Next?

Many people speak about the monuments and statues.  The question I ask is, “What’s next?”

In every country where tyrants took over, it was always preceded by one thing, the destruction of books.  Hitler and his minions burned them by the millions.  Lenin had bond fires fueled by the pages of the past.  However, for him it was not so difficult.  He was only taking over from another tyrant, the Tzar.  Many had the desire to forget his rule.

The current communists have the desire to take over this country, but they are starting with the monuments and statues, which is a real part of our history: good or bad.  Indeed, they ignore that good which they did while magnifying their small faults.  To be sure, they preach about the spec in Jefferson’s eye while they ignore the beam in their own eyes.

My question has an answer, the books.  They will begin destroying the books.  Mark my words.  Very likely, within the decade they will start removing books from our shelves and they will persecute those who write anything contrary to their gods.

They will not need laws or rules.  Political correct will be all they will need.  No one has the will or the power to stand against the tirade of those who love evil and hate good.

Eventually, of coarse, they will go after the one book they hate most and the one person Whom is the main target of their hate.  They have already removed God from our schools.  It is a matter of time before they will eliminate Him completely, or so it would seem.  To be sure, they will prevent the publishing of the Bible and any of its teachings.

Without doubt, it will lead to the downfall of the biggest and best experiment ever tried.  It is their design.  It is their goal.  If and when this happens, it will be one of the world’s greatest disasters.  When they take God out of our lives, hate and those who love hate will prevail.  It began with compromises.  As the compromises continue, it will end in our downfall.  The compromises never move toward the good, only toward the communists and their goals.

When they win, we will lose.
