False Implications

A false implication is another way to say lie or falsehood. It is when a person uses an implication to say that which they know is not exactly true. The democrats have turned it into an art form.

One implication was that they would have never have blocked a vote by a republican president in his last year of office. I’m not gullible enough to swallow that one. Are you? The truth is that, if the situation were reversed they would have done exactly the same thing.

The other implication is that “We the democrats would never appoint and confirm a justice this close to an election.” You believe that one and I have a bridge I’d like to sell you. They believe in doing or saying anything to protect there right to “Choice.”

The truth is that the democrats would have done the same in both situations. There would be one difference. The media would be right there cheering them on. Instead, the media cry out,”Unfair! Unfair!”

I’ll tell you what is unfair, making my wife and me pay those ridiculous insurance prices that Obama Care forced on us. I’ll tell you what unfair is, recalling all our troupes from Iraq exposing over a million people to slaughter.

And by the way, it is also unfair to spy on an incoming president without cause. Truth about that, that’s not just unfair, that is illegal. Whole bunch of democrats ought to go to jail over that, but they never will. You see some people are above the law. All they need is the news media, a bunch of money and a whole lot of conspirators.

All Mixed Up

The more we become like others, the less we will be like us. And, at one time we were pretty good.

One of the things I noticed over the years is that people in the Soviet block would do just about anything to get into the United States. In fact, there were some who were desperate to do anything, period.

Many risked their lives to get from Cuba to the US. Indeed, many did die before reaching our shores and given the choice, they might do it again.

There must be a reason. There must be something here that they could not get in Russia.

Now of all things, there are people here who want to change the United States into something resembling the Soviet Union. Try figuring that one out.

As for me, it’s simple. Those folks wanting a socialist republic of the United States are simply mixed up. They haven’t got their heads on straight. I figure about four or five years living in China, as the Chinese do, just might help them understand what freedom is. Indeed, if they were to move to Cuba permanently, they just might start thinking of a way to make a seaworthy raft.

The US is a far cry from perfect. I will be one of the first to admit that. But the reason people want in here is that it is by far the best anyone has come up with.

For decades, the US was the example that the other nations tried to follow. Is it now smart for us to follow their example so that we would regress to what they are?

Sorry, but every time I hear the statement that we are the only country that does not have socialized health care, it makes me sick. What is it that they have that we don’t? Until Pelosi and those dummycrats started muddling with our health care system, we had the best health care in the world. Everyone came here to our doctors and our hospitals. Now, not so much.

Before the dummycrats and the unions we had the world’s most productive country in the world. Today, not so much. Everyone seems to want to go to China to have things made while our labor sets with their hands out wanting food stamps and other government assistants. And, of course, the dummycrats are in favor of strengthening the unions and their crooked leaders.

The more we become like others, the less we will be like us. And, at one time we were pretty good.

Hope and Change

Obama promised hope and change.  As with so many of his promises, it was an empty promise.

Well, actually, that’s not totally true.  After the changes he and his cohorts made, the only hope I have are the changes that President Trump is providing.  Because of Obama care, my 401k has about been drained dry.

Tonight, I seek info on a nursing home in earnest for the first time for my wife.  If she doesn’t have Alzheimer’s disease, it still amounts to the same thing.  In essence, Obama has taken away the last few years I could have spent with my wife as she used to be.  It would have been nice doing some traveling, but while paying $1000 on insurance premiums, there wasn’t much left for traveling.

Now, at 72, I might have to go back to work to pay for the nursing home.  I don’t know.  It is a trip that I have been reluctant to consider and I don’t know much about it.

Regardless, that $35000 dollars I spent on Obama care (no) insurance premiums just might come in handy right about now.

As a side note, because of the downturn in the economy the dummycrats caused, I took a 10% cut in pay one year and then a few years later, another 5%.  During the last few years I worked, I had to stop contributing to my 401k.  That was the kind of change the dummycrats provided.  Now the economy is booming, no thanks to the dummycrats who continually stand in the way at every opportunity.  The problem is… will anyone out there hire a 72 year-old with a bad ticker.

Well.  I guess I’ll find out.  One more thing I found out.  As Pelosi said, now that Obama Care has passed, I definitely know what’s in it.  There’s no need to guess now.  I also have Sen. McCain to blame for prolonging the agony with his vote that permitted it to continue.

I sure would like 5 minutes face to face with Obama.  I don’t think he will have to worry about health insurance.  Our tax dollars provide him and his family with the very best.  It is the nature of socialism.

 

No More Obama Care

The judge pronounced Obama Care unconstitutional.  While it still lingers for a while, it appears that one of the worst laws passed by our government is going away.

As far as I am concerned, it lasted far too long as it is.  As I have written before, I am paying $1000 a month premium.  My wife spent a few days in the hospital.  I just got the bill.  The insurance company, Ambetter, refused to pay a dime of the $8000 hospital bill.  Of course, this does not include diagnostics and doctor bills.  I haven’t received those bills yet, but I suspect I won’t get much help there either.

To call the bill the Affordable Care Act would be a joke.  However, after paying the premiums and hospital bills from my Social Security income, I’m not laughing.  I believe the act will go down in history as the worst law ever passed by our government and it should have never been passed.  The only reason it was, was because a bribe paid to the senator from Louisiana.  The only reason it wasn’t voted out of existence was because of a rino Senator who was more interested in getting back at President Trump than he was in doing what was right.

By the way, I hear the number one thing people consider for voting is healthcare.  Considering the bomb that was dropped on us, anyone thinking of voting for a dummycrat just might want to rethink that.

If Obama got what he has coming to him, he would spend the rest of his life in a prison cell… him and the cohorts that forced that stupid law down our throats.
