I did watch a few small parts of the state of the union. It was all I could stomach. The current occupier of the Oval Office was taking credit for what President Trump did, and refusing to take responsibility for all the disasters and death he authored.

This is a quick reminder of some of what he is responsible for.

1. Loss of jobs, especially those lost in the oil industry the day he took his oath. And by the way, also the day he began ignoring that oath.
2. The loss of 90,000 lives to due to drugs imported over his open border.
3. No one, even Joe can honestly deny the disasters in Afghanistan at his hand. By the way, you will note, he did not mention any part of it during his speech, which will likely be little remembered. I suspect Afghanistan is one event he trying his best to forget.
4. He took total credit for all that President Trump did to fight the China virus while trying implicate his predecessor in its rapid spread. Then he immediately began making it worse.

I’m sure many are well able to add a few points I left out. Let’s face it, if Joe gets his way, the future state of the union is very questionable. It seems a good reason to keep him from having his way. At the least, let’s give him a strongly republican congress so he will be on a short leash. Also, by the way, they just might undo some of the disasters Joe caused. Unfortunately, no one but the Lord can do anything about the lives his decisions cost.

Trading with the enemy is not new. Until Japan dropped bombs on our Navy, we were selling oil to them. Their ships were built from steel we sold them, even though they were performing atrocious activities against other Asian countries at the time.

During the bombings of London, we were doing business with Germany. I suppose we were selling things to Hitler even while he was killing Jews.

I suspect most historians will say it’s likely a big reason there were so many against declaring war. It was just so outright profitable to sell things to our enemies rather than fighting them.

To be sure, they were not yet our declared enemies. However, everyone knows that they considered us their enemy. They already had plans to conquer us.

Now, here we go again. We do business with an enemy, a known mass killer. We buy crude from him while he goes about his business of subduing the world nation by nation.

This is made all the worse being as we have more oil and natural gas gas under our feet than we need. And…by the way, our oil produces less pollution – while drilling for it, during refining it, and while putting it to use.

However, the real tragedy is that we are doing more than doing business with the enemy. We are financing him. We are helping him to conquer an ally.

Does this mean, in the future, we continue to buy oil from Russia and finance him as he conquers the Baltics, one by one; or maybe Poland.

Let’s face it. It’s far less expensive to watch than to fight. In this case, fighting is not necessary. All we need do is drill and stop doing business with the enemy.

As an aside, it just might be that Putin isn’t Joe’s enemy. Joe and Putin just might be best of buddies. It does sort-of look that way.

Surely this day Putin is thinking that with enemies like Biden, who needs friends. Certainly Biden has been more helpful to him than any friend. Maybe I need another acronym for Joe, FOP for friend of Putin.

The latest costs of living increases rates, we are told, is 7.5.

The current increases in wages, as near as I can tell, is about 5.5.

The cost of living seems to be increasing about 2% faster than than the the wages.

Now, I’m not absolutely sure, but I’d guess a 12 year-old will quickly tell you, that’s not good. On the other hand the current occupier of the Oval Office seems to be having problems with the arithmetic.

Then again, it just doesn’t might be intentional.

Actually, that’s not good either.
