Respect

Short of murder or assault, one of the worst things one man can do to another is to put words in his mouth.  In a way, it is worse than physical assault.  While a man may recover from wounds, he might not ever recover from an assault on his reputation.

When Adam Schiff made up the words to the phone conversation, he was not just lying.  He was putting words in the mouth of President Trump.  At this point, if I were President Trump, I would not give the man the time of day until he issued a written apology, maybe not then.  I would want to make sure he meant it.

In the meantime, the man does not deserve to hold any kind of hearings.  How can anyone trust anything the man, or his cohorts say or write.

Moreover, the foreign service is put totally in the hands of the president.  The framers of The Constitution wisely decided that such things should not be done by “committee.”  Committee are too slow and indecisive.  Moreover, keeping a secret is much more difficult when hundred or so know it.  I don’t know how many are on the Intelligence Committee, but there are at least three or four aides for each representative. We are likely talking about more than a hundred people.

Therefore, any requirement by the congress to turn over any foreign correspondence is not only a bad idea; it is not constitutional.  Moreover, any spying by the CIA on the president is illegal.  Therefore, the only one doing anything illegal here is the so-called whistle-blower.

Finally, if the president cannot have a private conversation with other heads-of-state, he has been horribly hampered.  It is like a boxer who has but one arm.  Henceforth, those who talk to our president, even after President Trump leaves office, will have suspicions that the whole world might very well hear what was said.  Most assuredly, it will change what is said.

Impeachment?

It is clear that the dummycrats want to impeach President Trump.

They have but one problem.  After 3 years of relentless searching, they have yet to find one thing that will stick.  To be sure, he has used abusive language.  He has been a little crude in speaking of others.  Of course, they absolutely hate him.  Yet these are not crimes or misdemeanors.

The truth of the matter is that the real reason they want to impeach him is that he is a multi-billionaire, which makes him immune to the bribes of the lobbyists.  He does what he believes is for the national good and no bribe will dissuade him.

Knowing threats don’t work on him, they threaten those around him.  They claim they have many things with which to impeach him.  Yet they fail to produce even the most minor thing.  They know if they do vote to impeach him, they will be as the emperor with his new clothes.  If they vote for to impeach, they know they will stand naked before the people, which they know would be very embarrassing.  They know that it will only increase his win in the 2020 election.

So they use another approach.  Instead of levying any real charges, they nit-pick at him in hopes of damaging his name prior to 2020.  They it is their only hope for winning the election.

Then again, they are dummycrats.  If they had an once of common sense, they know that won’t work.  Considering their field of challengers, they should realize that that is not going to happen.  I guess they are not only dumb but desperate as well; very desperate.

By the way, there is one more thing for them to consider.  All those methods they used to try to steal the last election are starting to come back to haunt them.  Those footsteps they hear behind them are prosecutors who are going to charge them with real crimes.  I understand they are already hiring their lawyers in hopes of beating the charges.  My guess is their money would be better spent on an airplane ticket.

Sixth Amendment?

I’ve taken a little look at the sixth amendment.  As near as I can tell, the right to face your accuser only applies for defendants in criminal court.  That means that the worst killer or rapist has the right to face his accuser.  This includes victims as well as any witness.

There are three reasons for this.  First, it is a verification that the witness exists.  Without the sixth amendment, the prosecution can just make up the witness and claim he is real.

Second, the accused is able to question the witness.  Believe it or not, some witnesses do lie.  When the witness is put on the witness chair under oath, it gives the accused the ability to challenge the witness’s testimony.  Strange as it seems, some witnesses don’t tell the truth.  Sometimes they intentionally lie, even under oath.

Third, it gives the accused a chance to uncover motives.  For instance, if the witness stands to gain a few million dollars by giving false witness, it might be a good thing for the jurors to consider during deliberations.

Unfortunately, President Trump does not have this right.  He is not being tried in a criminal court.  He is being railroaded by a bunch of dummycrats that hate him.  Instead of a jury, if impeached, he will be judged by senators.  There is no doubt in my mind that he will not be found guilty.

However, the false charges brought by the false witnesses are also being displayed (very selectively) before the public.  Even if there is no impeachment, the falsities remain and the president never gets a chance to challenge any of it.

Hence, he is not even being treated as well as a serial killer.

May I remind you, we don’t even know if these whistleblowers exist?  Assuming he does, we don’t know his motives.  Finally, there is no opportunity for the president’s lawyers to challenge the accuracy of what they say.

Is this really the way to run an impeachment?  I am sure that if our forefathers considered such a thing, they likely would have written the sixth amendment a little differently.

Then again, they likely never considered the likes of the dummycrats.

Deceit and Lies About Deceit

Some time ago, Rep. Shiff lied by saying he had positive proof of collusion between President Trump and the Russians.  Now we know better.  If he had the proof, as much as he hates Pres. Trump, he would have produced it.  Instead, he says nothing more about it and hopes we will forget about it.

Then, a short while ago, he attempts to make us believe a supposed conversation President Trump had with the president of Ukraine.  It might be laughable but for two things.  First, there are millions of people that believed his deceit and continue to believe him to this day.  After all, he never made an apology and there are those that continue to quote the lier rather the real wors of the president.  Intentionally, he and his conspirators permit the deceit to live on.

Second, The Speaker of the House endorsed the lie.  Staightfaced, she said it was the truth.  (It wasn’t even a believable lie.)

Finally, Rep. Shiff lied about having talked to the so-called wistleblower.  This prompted four Panochios from even the liberal media.

Were there any corrections issued by Shiff or Pelosi?  Were there any apologies from either of them or any of those in the media who were in cahoots with them.

Then what did Shiff, the lier say when he was confronted?  He tells another lie, of course.  What else would you expect?

It is why I call them dummycrats.  It would seem they don’t know how to tell the truth, not even when they are confronted.

Who’s the Racist?

President Trump has said nothing racist.  He has done nothing racist.  On the contrary, he has done very much to help the African-Americans and the Hispanics.

On the other hand, all those of the squad all expect special treatment because they are racist.  It is casual to the most obvious observer.  Every time someone says anything about them, they yell racism.  It is a reflex and said without giving it any thought.

Not only are they racist, but they are also dumb.  It’s why all call them dummycrats.

Removing All Doubt

Again the old saying is proven true.  Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez opened her mouth and proved herself beyond all doubt that she is really dumb.  Not only is Nancy Pelosi not a racist, but she has used the label on others likely before AOC was old enough to realize it.  It goes to prove that she completely deserves the label of dummycrat.

To be sure, I am somewhat glad that AOC called Pelosi a racist.  It will give Pelosi firsthand knowledge of what it is like to be wrongfully plastered with the label.  Maybe Nancy will be a little more careful about improperly using the label.  However, I’m not holding out much hope on that.  According to the woman, all Republicans deserve the label, especially when they are African-American.

How to Become Rich

Some might not consider me an expert on the subject.  Yet, I am now 71.  I have seen a lot and I have seen a number of people who became rich, some somewhat quickly.  So, I write this for those unaware of these methods.  However, I suspect most will be disappointed.  Most people are already well aware of them.  To save some time, I will limit my methods to legal, though not necessarily honest ones.

  1. Inherit your fortune.  While this method has the highest chances of succeeding, most people don’t have a rich aunt or uncle.  This pretty much eliminates our chances.  Still, if you can make good friends with a multi-millionaire, you might still have success with this method.  On the other hand, some have succeeded in marrying the money.  Naturally, for this to work in a reasonable time, you would want to marry someone who is old.
  2. I do not recommend this method.  It is very rarely successful.  Oddly, in spite of the odds, people continue to try this method.  Carried to its end, it usually works for the house more often than the gambler.  Some like the idea of buying chances on lotteries.  Obviously, some people do win fortunes with this method.  The truth be known, you would be better off taking part in the old illegal numbers games.  As I said, though, I am going to steer free of the illegal methods.
  3. Come up with a really good idea. There is a long list of people who have made fortunes off of very simple things.  Many times, I have seen advertisements for things and I could kick myself for not thinking of the idea first.  Some are so obvious.  In some cases, the inventions don’t even need to be useful.  I think back over my past and I find some of the most successful things were the most useless.  (Would you believe pet rocks?  Yep!  It made someone into a millionaire.)
  4. Becoming a lawyer. This works in a number of ways.  Forget practicing law,  The tort laws have probably been the one thing that made millionaires out of more people than any other one thing.  One judgment can result in untold millions for just a few lawyers.  I hear the lawyers advertising that they want to help the victims.  The truth, however, is that they want to use it to make their fortunes.  Even if you can’t get involved in a good tort lawsuit, you can still get elected to public office.  Just look at the senators and representatives.  They go into office as paupers and come out with the money overflowing their pockets.  I can only guess how that happens but I would suspect that at least some of it is illegal.  So maybe I shouldn’t include it in my list.
  5. Oddly, it does work.  I heard on the news about a preacher that died and had a bank account of over a million dollars.  When they checked on him, they realized he was just very frugal.  To succeed at this, it does mean doing without some of the niceties in life, but it does work.  Moreover, when you have the money to pay cash for things, it saves a fortune on interest paid.  The truth be known, if you live like a pauper, you might become a millionaire.  If you live like a millionaire, you will likely become a pauper.
  6. Become injured. This one is borderline legal.  Yet, if you are truly injured by accident and you can show fault, you just might be able to become rich as the result of a judgment.  This might have a major disadvantage, though.  It might mean giving up an arm or leg, or possibly your health.  Another disadvantage of this is that your lawyer will likely benefit almost as much as you.  Most lawyers require a 40% contingency fee.
  7. Become a professional athlete. Most people would have better luck in a casino.
  8. Finally, you just might go out and earn it. I know most people don’t like this method.  It is the one that you will find most rewarding.  More important, it is impossible to ethically earn a fortune without being a help to others.  It is the primary advantage of the capitalist system.

Aiding and Abetting

The dummycrats are guilty of aiding and abetting of the enemy, the Russians, Chinese, Iran and North Korea.  Every time they encourage the enemy, they aid them.  Every time they try to undercut the efforts of President Trump, they abet the enemy.  They are saying, “All you have to do is wait until the dummycrats get in office, things will turn to the way they were.”

Every time the dummycrats and fake news impede the building of the wall, Every time they refuse to alter the law to decrease illegal aliens, every time they aid those who are here illegally, they are aiding and abetting the cartel; they are encouraging gang members who illegally cross the borders and remain here.

Every time that someone dies from an overdose, they have contributed to their death.  Every time a woman is raped by an illegal alien, they are guilty of helping them.  And, by the way, they have helped some who have not yet arrived.  Some of the rapists are guilty before they reach the border.

Do the dummycrats or reporters feel any remorse.  No!  Most likely, the dummycrats are not capable of such a thing.  I mean, feeling guilt?  It seems to be a foreign concept to them.  As far as they are concerned, they would have to admit they are doing something wrong.  The truth is that anything that furthers their goals is a good thing, no matter who gets hurt.

All the above hardly surprises me.  After all, it is all in their guidebook, the  Communist Manifesto.  The part that really bothers me is that there are Republicans in cahoots with them too.  Nearly half of those who call themselves republicans are just as guilty and it doesn’t seem to bother them either.  Indeed, they seem to be proud of it.

Go figure?

Just remember, it’s not really about communism or socialism.  It is about power.  They want one world government and they want to be in control of it.  Nothing else matters.  World dominance was the dream of virtually every dictator since the beginning of history.

They love to belittle the memory of George Washington.  It would do them much good to remember that when George was offered the throne, he quickly turned it down.  Very few in his position would have.  It was likely the first step into the best and greatest government this world has ever seen.  Invariably, those who successfully lead a revolution become the leader of the new government.  Washington only accepted the office presidency after the forming of the government.  Even then, he insisted on stepping down after two terms.  It’s likely something Roosevelt should have learned from.

A Good Thing?

If we send illegal aliens south

Wouldn’t that decrease the number of coming north?

Wouldn’t that be a good thing?

Actually, it would be a good thing for them too.  They wouldn’t needlessly risk their lives and lose their fortunes for naught.  It just might decrease the smuggling of drugs and I would think that would be a good thing too.

However, it would seem the dummycrats have it wrong again.  They think it would be bad and inhumane.  Truly, the best thing they can do is fix things in their own country instead of coming up here and destroying ours.

Tell me.  To where do we run when the US is destroyed?

P. S. I’m still waiting for an answer to my question, how does a drone stop someone from crossing the border?  For that matter, I have not heard one other person ask the question, not even Fox News, not even Hannity.  I don’t understand, it seems such an obvious question.
