What’s Next?

Many people speak about the monuments and statues.  The question I ask is, “What’s next?”

In every country where tyrants took over, it was always preceded by one thing, the destruction of books.  Hitler and his minions burned them by the millions.  Lenin had bond fires fueled by the pages of the past.  However, for him it was not so difficult.  He was only taking over from another tyrant, the Tzar.  Many had the desire to forget his rule.

The current communists have the desire to take over this country, but they are starting with the monuments and statues, which is a real part of our history: good or bad.  Indeed, they ignore that good which they did while magnifying their small faults.  To be sure, they preach about the spec in Jefferson’s eye while they ignore the beam in their own eyes.

My question has an answer, the books.  They will begin destroying the books.  Mark my words.  Very likely, within the decade they will start removing books from our shelves and they will persecute those who write anything contrary to their gods.

They will not need laws or rules.  Political correct will be all they will need.  No one has the will or the power to stand against the tirade of those who love evil and hate good.

Eventually, of coarse, they will go after the one book they hate most and the one person Whom is the main target of their hate.  They have already removed God from our schools.  It is a matter of time before they will eliminate Him completely, or so it would seem.  To be sure, they will prevent the publishing of the Bible and any of its teachings.

Without doubt, it will lead to the downfall of the biggest and best experiment ever tried.  It is their design.  It is their goal.  If and when this happens, it will be one of the world’s greatest disasters.  When they take God out of our lives, hate and those who love hate will prevail.  It began with compromises.  As the compromises continue, it will end in our downfall.  The compromises never move toward the good, only toward the communists and their goals.

When they win, we will lose.

 

A Quote Worth Quoting

Just heard a very wise man say something very profound and I believe it is well worth quoting, though I can’t quote him verbatim.

When some people can’t destroy the truth, they try to destroy the evidence of the truth.

If I may turn that around, the dummycrats cannot destroy the truth, so they are making an effort to destroy the evidence of the truth.  It is the only hope they have of beating President Trump.  The last three years they have tried distorting and destroying the truth.  Now they are trying to destroy the evidence of the truth.  It is the last act of desperation.  They realize they are losing their control, which is their ultimate goal.  So, now they seek to destroy history and all the evidence of the history.

…and, by the way, those wonderful men of virtue, those of the press, are leading the pack in their effort to destroy both the truth and the evidence of it.

Another good quote, one that has its beginning in the Bible, “Know the truth and the truth shall set you free.”  On the other hand, those who wish to control you are fighting to hide the truth from you.  They have the desire to enslave one and all.

Who are the controllers?  It is easy to tell.  They are the college professors who spew  the wonderful attributes of communism.  They are the politicians, those who promise free everything.  They are the reporters, the ones who hide the little facts and distort the truth.  Sometimes, they are your neighbor, those who love to hate.  They especially love to hate President Trump or anything to do with him.

By the way, they also hate the truth when it disproves any premise the dummycrats have.

Walls

Have you ever consider what walls are for?

Consider the Berlin Wall.  It was built when the Soviets figured out that those in East Berlin were migrating to West Berlin.  It is sort of the way the Soviets ran things.  They went to a great deal of effort and expense to keep people in.  I assure you, that wall was not there to keep the West Berliners out.

The Israelites put a wall up for physical protection.  Guess what?  It worked.  Since they put the wall up, the killing has drastically been reduced.  Sounds like a good reason for a wall to me.

For some time the national border between the US and Mexico was a joke.  People went back and forth across it routinely.  By the way, the drugs found their way across the border too.

Since President Trump started building the wall, the traffic has been drastically reduced.  By the way, the drug traffic has been reduced too.  If for no other reason, that sounds like a good reason for the wall.

Now the question is, does it keep people in the country?  Of course not.  All those with the desire to leave this country can easily leave, assuming that they can find a country that will take them.  Until a while ago, that wasn’t a problem.  Even those lacking cars could walk into Mexico.  From what I understand, it might be a little more difficult now.

Nonetheless, even a child can tell that the real reason for the wall is to keep people out.  You see, the hope is to get within the US.  No one really wants to go to Mexico, at least not for long.

I may be wrong but I think it was Winston Churchill who said something like,

Capitalist countries build walls to keep people out.

Communist countries build walls to keep people in.

 

I find it just a little ironic that the wall on the Mexican border sort of does both.  It keeps the people in the socialist country of Mexico while it keeps people out of the Capitalist country of the United States.

If the socialists have their way, the wall will not be needed. It will be just as bad, or worse, north of border as the south.  Conceivably, people might prefer the warmer climate of Mexico.
