In my previous post, I suggested that all cases of fraud large or small should be prosecuted. I took a few seconds to look up the penalty of voter fraud on the Net. As near as I can figure, a person can be fined up to $500 and be imprisoned up to 2 years for each offense.
It doesn’t seem like much. I would prefer it to be more. As for one woman who was a social worker, she is likely wishing it were less. I just heard on the news she is being charged for 135 offenses. It is conceivable she could spend the rest of her life in prison.
As far as I am concerned, she should. Unfortunately, it will likely be less than 10 years, maybe less than 5. She is likely a democrat, which means she can break the law. She might get off with nothing more than a warning.
