I am in favor of permitting those two back into the Tennessee under two absolute conditions.

1. a sincere written apology.
2. a written agreement that they would not repeat the actions that caused them to be expelled.

Demonstrations during and inside the chamber has nothing to do with a democracy. Democracy primarily refers to the method of voting either directly or indirectly for laws.
