Let’s capture the waste heat from power plants and data centers to keep bridges ice-free during winter and warm shelters that would for people who might otherwise freeze. Imagine crossing the Mississippi River on a bridge without ice any time of year. That’s got to beat playing bumper cars for two or three months every winter.
