I have said more than once, a person is really only has an allegiance to one flag. That creep that used that car as a weapon in New Orleans had an allegiance to one flag and what it represented. For some reason he decided to act on that allegiance at that time in that place.

My best guess is, someone gave him the order and he obeyed. My best guess is that there are a lot more men in this country who owe their allegiance to other flags, to other countries.
