When Old Joe looked around and saw that the unemployed was becoming a really big problem, he said the answer is easy. He simply hired a bunch of federal employees, though they had no purpose. It was simple. Poof. In a few days the unemployment problem went away.

Now, it would seem that Elon Musk has found a bunch of those employees and the dems have decided they don’t want to let go of them. You see, every one of them is a sure vote. You have to look hard to find a do nothing federal employee who will vote Republican, which is only logical.

The hitch is that hiring federal employees solves nothing. It increases the debt and they produce nothing. That, in essence is the cause of inflation, which, by the way was reaching record numbers, in case you remember it not.

And so it was, the employment numbers looked really good while the inflation numbers were going through the roof.
