Strategies for Staying Healthy

Eat healthy, but not too much (Pizza at least once a week)

Exercise, but as little as possible

Sleep, as much as I want.

Avoid poisons such as drugs and tobacco. (alcohol is a drug)

And, by the way, rely heavily on my doctor and pharmacists

Made it to 76. Maybe I am doing something right
