Sounds like a good reason to stay away from New Hampshire..or any other state run by those Friends Of Criminals. ‘Tis a shame they can’t deal with the real criminals. Then again why should any of us expect them to encarcerat their comrades.

Either way, I value my money too much to be giving any of it to the likes of New Hampshire. Let them fine their own!
